This is a great lighting option if looking for a living or bedroom lamp that both looks nice and is still an affordable option. The one I received was 27” tall, which is a good height for a living room or nightstand (27-30” is generally a safe zone). The lamp is a decent weight, so it doesn’t knock over easy when a child or animal knocks into the table, but not excessively heavy either. The lamp base is a wood base, and very easy to put together (less than 5 min total with shade). It also came with the lightbulb, which I REALLY appreciated. Especially since there can be some unique lightbulb requirements when getting lighting from Amazon. This is a standard A19 bulb, but it was great to have it right there and ready to install when setting up. The lamp shade itself looks decent, but is the only item I would provide a lower score on. It comes as a shade and 2 metal drum pieces where the shade easily clips on the round metal pieces and secures in the back with Velcro. It’s easy to set up, makes good sense from a transportation and shipping perspective, and looks ok, but I would also argue the shade is not the same quality as an old school lamp shade or specialty shade. This doesn’t phase me, but I may replace shade later on to elevate and individualize the look a bit more. But in general, great option

I ordered this 27" farmhouse lamp to use in the library of our small, private school, and it provides the absolute perfect balance of class and hominess.When the package arrived, the lamp was in several pieces. Although written instructions were included, the assembly process was incredibly intuitive. Within just a few minutes, I had the entire thing completely put together. Fully assembled, it looks so high-end that I easily would have paid twice the price if I had bought it at a local retail lighting boutique. It comes with a 9-watt LED bulb that gives off a beautiful, soft, romantic glow. If you are looking to intensely brighten up a larger room, you might just want to swap it out for a slightly more powerful bulb.To make this lamp a little more special for our students and staff, I decided to customize it. Because the lampshade cleverly ships completely flat, it was incredibly easy to heat-press our school logo right onto the fabric! I used a standard clothing iron on a very low heat setting (steam turned off) to complete the embellishment. The trick is to use the absolute minimum amount of heat necessary, as the interior backing of the shade is made of plastic.Once placed in the library, the finished look was spectacular. The lamp has received non-stop compliments from everyone on its overall vintage style and custom design. It is a premium, sturdy, and gorgeous addition to any room!

Great looking high quality lamp.Got this lamp to use in my entrance way and it looks great! My wife loves the modern farmhouse vibes. You could also use this in a bedroom or dining room easily. It’s well made and good looking!Pros: sturdily made, nice looking, easy assembly.Cons: none that I see.The base is constructed, very solidly, the lampshade is the new style that will crow onto itself, but it does feel like it’s made of a very sturdy fabricAssembly was very straightforward, the top of the lamp screws to the bottom, the lampshade goes together with clips and Velcro, and screws on easily to the rest of the lamp. After that, all you have to do is install the bulb to finish setting up.It functions great, the lampshade diffuses the light nicely. The bulb screwed in with no problem, and the switch works cleanly.The flat bike color and modern farmhouse styling make this a great fit in just about any room. This will go with a more modern aesthetic, as well as a more farmhouse, organic aesthetic.Overall quality made lamp that will be at home in most any situation

This is an excellent quality light. The bulb is included. The body is made of resin but is crafted to look like real wood. A ligthbulb is included. It plugs into the wall like any other lamp. The lampshade requires assembly. While perhaps understandable that's also a minus point for me and also for any elderly customer. My hand-eye coordination isn't so good and there's is surely even worse. It's a great lamp but I can't overlook the fact the shade requires assembly since I cannot do that easily or well. In every other respect this is a perfect product.Then again... some customers will LOVE the fact you do some assembly for the IKEA effect and the lower price. You'll truly have contributed to bring this fine product to light in your own home!Maybe if I were younger i would be more enthusiastic about the assembly function? The video makes it obvious just how to put the lampshade together. The lamp looks exactly like the pictures on the Amazon sales page.I do love it's body and was able to put the shade together myself. But if you are getting this for your beloved elder please do put it together for them. "I love you so much I even assembled it for you" will be your reward.Great product, sorry I'm a codger :)

This is a beautiful farmhouse table lamp. We did not realized how much we needed one and what a difference they make from ceiling lights or portable lamps.What we like:-The night time were using a portable small rechargeable light, it was decent and did the job but lighting was no strong, this table lamp fills in that gap- it was very easy to assemble (yes, you're going to have to assemble this as it comes and parts)- the cord is long enough. I'd say probably about 6 ft- the light bulb is bright enough and does not consume a lot of electricity coming at 9w- Love that it's compatible with smart switches or smart light bulbs, allowing you to dim the light or to change the color of the bulb- it's super light and it does not take a lot of space- Quality feels good, not premium but not cheap eitherWhat I don't like:- for this price range of $40 or $50 they could have included the smart bulb in my opinion- The switch to turn it on and off is in the classic place near the bulb at the top, I prefer it when it's at the base and it's a toggle switch versus a turn knob.- I also wish the packaging would have been from a different material. I hate styrofoam, so be prepared to clean up after unpacking.Would I recommend this:I think the drawbacks are very minor and can easily be overlooked as they are personal taste. So for the price I say it's a good purchase, especially because there is a discount included via coupon.
