I found these 100-foot outdoor string lights to be an affordable and effective way to brighten a large patio, backyard, pathway, pool area, or outdoor gathering space. I especially appreciate the dusk-to-dawn feature, which allows the lights to turn off automatically when daylight returns. Installation is straightforward because the bulbs arrive preinstalled, each socket has an integrated hook or clip, and the lightweight black cable is easy to secure without being visually distracting. The plastic bulbs are shatter-resistant, survived minor drops during installation, and two spare bulbs are included. Got these strung up in less than 30 minutes.Love that they are smaller than my old lights, but brighter.They have multiple modes of brightness and have a remote which was a huge upgrade for me.They look great on my lower deck, wired with a fabric sun-sail.I've had a couple heavy rain storms and they've ran in the storms and after so the water resistance is great so far and durability is solid.High quality at a lower price and that's sure a good thing.I keep them on the lowest warmth setting and it sure adds an element of coziness.

These lights were exactly what I needed for my back deck! The length was perfect, and I love that the brightness can be adjusted to match whatever mood we want outside — it creates such a beautiful ambiance. The bulbs have held up impressively well through storms, heavy wind, and rain. Their function has not been disturbed one bit because of the rain! One of my favorite features is the remote control, along with the control pad on the string itself. If it’s raining, I don’t have to step outside to change the settings. I’d happily recommend these to anyone with a large back deck.

Honestly, these lights aren’t that bad, 100’ for $30 is a lot of value, but the quality just falls short. These would be great for temporary set ups, or something more protected like under gazebos, patio, or umbrellas. If left to face the elements these just won’t last, I was hoping to string them over my pool, but I’m bout sure the effort is worth it, when I am certain they will have to come down in a year, if not sooner.I will end on the positives, for the price I cant expect the quality to be of the highest tier, but the features are fantastic, dimming, flashing, and especially a fan of the dusk to dawn sensor. I like being able to leave my light on without worrying about turning them off when the sun comes up. The lights themselves actually look nice and provide a lot of light if you want them to. To recap, I think these are great if they aren’t directly exposed to the elements, especially at the price point.

These lights are perfect for what we needed them for...kind of got beat aroundduring installation, they seem pretty tough! I did have to go and buy different screws for install bc the screws that came with them would strip out before I could get them sunk in. Remote works great and the lights work and look great!
