These sconces are beautiful in person! The warm brushed gold finish paired with the cream fabric shades gives them such a classic, elevated look. These brass sconces are versatile and can be used in virtually any area of the home. They are pretty straightforward to install. I didn't have any issues. This set of sconces will coordinate well with a variety of decor settings. I like that the shades are more of an ivory or cream instead of a bright white. The price point is very reasonable for a set of 2. I do recommend them.(My star rating system: 4 stars met my expectations, 5 stars exceeded my expectations, 3 stars fell short of my expectations, 2 stars significantly fell short of my expectations, 1 star highly suggest not ordering)

This is a beautiful pair of brass sconces. The color is more accurately “brass”. Gold is not an accurate description of the color, so if you’re looking for “gold”, this is important. They do require a bit of assembly, but it’s fairly straightforward. I didn’t really need the instructions. These are both hardwired. The detail on the socket is nice and gives a dressier, sophisticated touch to the fixtures. They look expensive and appear to be quality. However, time will only tell as to how well they last. Overall, I’m happy with these sconces. Definitely recommend!

Looks good in the space - I was replacing two older sconces and these had mounting points that made it easy to reuse the existing junction boxes. Just turned off the breaker, tapped in to the existing wires and viola! Two things to note: the first bulbs we tried were too tall and stuck out of the top of the shades by a tiny bit, so be careful which bulbs you try. Also it was much easier once we stripped the wires down a bit more than what was already done.
