Pay attention to the directions! On the video on the listing, and in two or three different places on the directions over and over again it goes over the importance of the right placement of the Rattan leaves which are also the fan blades... This includes all the hardware you need to mount it. And it is crazy beautiful And unique and interesting! No light bulbs are included so that's kind of a bummer... But it makes up for it and uniqueness durability of materials there's no remote either. I love the pendant string though and all of the gold goes so well with this design... So perhaps it's a little less on the function side providing most of the influence on the aesthetic side but gosh they really did good on the aesthetic side! Lol
