I really love this pendant light! My husband installed it over our kitchen island and the installation was surprisingly easy. The instructions were easy to understand and he had it installed in about 30 min without any trouble.The brass finish looks beautiful and gives our kitchen a warm, modern touch. I also really like the glass shade because it keeps the light looking clean and elegant without being too bulky. It looks really nice hanging over the island and gives the area a more finished standout appearance.One of my favorite features is the unique long bulb that is included. I wasn’t expecting to like the bulb as much as I do, but its long shape looks fantastic inside the glass shade and really adds to the overall design. It makes the light fixture look more stylish and gives it a little something extra compared with a standard bulb.The size is also great for a kitchen island. It provides plenty of light while still looking sleek and modern. The quality feels very good, and the combination of the brass, glass, and long decorative bulb makes it look much more expensive than I expected.We are very happy with this pendant light. It is quite heavy, and I highly recommend having a second person available during the final stage of installation. It makes the process much safer and allows you to properly support the fixture while securing everything in place.Assembly takes a little patience, but if you take your time, the results are well worth it. One tip that will save time is during the glass assembly. Make sure the first glass panel extends past the light bulb when installing it. Otherwise, you'll discover it's upside down and have to disassemble it to correct the orientation. Learning that the hard way can add unnecessary time to the installation.Once everything is assembled, the brushed gold finish looks beautiful against the illuminated ripple glass. The textured glass softly diffuses the light while still allowing the fixture itself to become part of the décor. The craftsmanship, premium materials, and unique blown glass design give this pendant a much more expensive appearance than you would expect.Overall, this is a beautifully designed pendant light with exceptional visual appeal.
