This is a substantial reverse osmosis system, and the first thing worth knowing is that the unit itself is fairly heavy. That's something to keep in mind when deciding where to install it, especially if space or cabinet support is limited.Once installed, though, I've been very happy with the system. The tankless design is especially nice because it avoids having a large storage tank taking up even more room under the sink. The direct-flow setup also makes the whole system feel much more streamlined than traditional RO systems I've dealt with.Water output has been good, and so far the system has worked quietly and consistently without giving me anything to complain about. For something we use regularly, that's really what I want—good filtered water without having to constantly think about the equipment producing it.The weight made the system feel a little more substantial during installation, but once it's in place that really doesn't matter. So far, this has been a great setup and one I'm very pleased with.

I’ve wanted a reverse osmosis system for a while, but the large storage tanks on traditional systems take up more room than I was willing to lose. This tankless system fits neatly against the side of the cabinet, so I still have usable storage underneath the sink. I had it professionally installed since plumbing is not one of my talents, and the finished setup looks clean with the separate faucet.The filtered water has a noticeably cleaner taste, especially when I use it for coffee or fill a glass directly from the faucet. Water comes out at a steady rate without waiting for a storage tank to refill, which makes it practical for cooking and filling larger containers. The system itself is solidly made, and the filters are positioned where they’ll be easy to reach when it’s time to replace them.This is a substantial upgrade from keeping a filtered pitcher in the refrigerator, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality. They nearly thought of everything when it came to this. The purifier comes in a simple cardboard box and is neatly encased in molded paper pulp spacers. The set comes with the main pump unit, a power adapter, the two stages of filters, three water tubes (one with a spout attached), and adapters to make everything fit together.The assembly is as plug-and-play and work-right-out-of-the-box as it can be, however the user is required to either have or cut a hole for the spout, and also drill a small drain hole in the under-sink piping so keep that in mind when deciding to purchase.The installation is a breeze and (aside from the holes to potentially drill) can be completed within half an hour if you know what you are doing. The main pump unit housing is sized perfectly to fit an under-sink cabinet (at least mine) and the filters are easily accessible from the front of the unit, only covered with a transparent plastic protector cover.Thr inlet uses as included adapter to split off from your cold water line and supply water to the purifier. The other end goes into the main housing. The drain line goes from the housing and through a sealing clamp into a hole drilled into the drain pipe of the sink, permitting the unit to flush its filter material periodically.The third hose is for the ouput and goes to the included spout which is the only visible part above the counter once installed. It looks wonderful with a brushed nickel / stainless steel type look that fits in with most modern aesthetics. The spout operates with a simple lever handle to dispense water and it dispenses faster than most Reverse Osmosis filters available.The power adapter plugs into any nearby standard 120V outlet and supplies the unit power to pump.The filters install easily and only fit into their intended slots. Once inserted, they rotate to lock into place. The ends have a seal so they stay clean when removed from the unit. They are lightweight when empty, but after being installed they fill with water and get significantly heavier.In my area the water is pretty clean already, so there isn't much of a taste change for this, but it's nice knowing that any extra contaminants are being filtered out.The whole thing is very quiet when operating, so it's hardly noticeable. It's super simple to install, works well, dispenses quickly, and I have had no issues with it. Five stars absolutely deserved.

The system connects to your cold water supply, a drain line, and the included brushed nickel faucet. The faucet looks clean and fits well on most standard sink setups.The NSF certification gives confidence that what you are getting is properly filtered water. The system runs quietly and the water tastes noticeably cleaner compared to unfiltered tap.Overall, a solid tankless RO option that is well made and works as advertised. First things first -- this is an excellent RO system. Everything comes well packages and the installation is simple. There are potentially to "gotchas" that I want to bring up first.Power- most people will have power under their sink for a garbage disposal. However, if you have a disposal by itself, it may be hard wired in. Second, if you have one of the countertop vacuum switches to turn on and off the disposal (instead of a wall or under counter switch), you may have an outlet occupied by a transformer. In either case, you most likely will need some basic electrical work to get this RO system to work. This could be as simple as running a new box for the RO system (likely best, but may not be that DIY friendly). The second is to get an appliance grade surge protector to allow for your garbage disposal and RO system to run. So, it can be solved, just plan on a little work to get the power sorted out.The second gotcha is the height of this and the top mounted hose connections. We have a farmhouse sink that sits very low (it's cast iron with thick base). The RO unit does not fit into the cabinet doors easily. You have to angle it just right to clear the door frame, dodge the disposal, and fit under the sink. Once you get it in, the real fun begins as the plumbing is all off the top, which for us, has little room. Ultimately, I would say this unit would have been much better designed with side or back ports for the water connections. This would have allowed it to better work with farmhouse sinks.Beyond these two issues--both solvable but maybe worth looking at other units--everything works great. We are a family that has a whole house filter and then we use RO for drinking water at the kitchen sink. Our prior RO filters lasted a long time because the scale of the prefiltering we did. Time will tell if we need to replace the prefilter on this unit every 6 months. I suspect we will get years our of it. The RO filter is marked for 1 year. Our other unit easily lasted 4 years between RO filters. Hard to tell at this point what the replacement will be like here. These filters are much larger than our prior ones so I am expecting years of service.We did make a little mod to this unit. We run a mineral cartridge between the unit and faucet. That's simple as it just installs in line. I might have favored a design where there was a place to "strap" the mineral cartridge to the box to keep things tidy.In any case, it's nice to not have the large tank under the sink that our prior RO unit used. A few minor changes to the design would have made this a solid 5 star item. Installation was unnecessarily fussy under our sink due to the limited height, but I suspect no issues would be had if the unit was installed in an adjacent cabinet or under a regular kitchen sink.
