The cord restricted my movement a lot while painting my back‑yard deck. I kept having to stop, move my extension cord, and reposition myself over and over. I could never cover very much ground in one go. If you are working on a large outdoor space, you will constantly be shifting your power source around. Not as convenient as I hoped.

Painting took an hour. Cleaning took three. Paint got stuck in the tube, the nozzle, the trigger everywhere. I used the "faucet flush" trick and still ended up picking dried paint out of crevices with a toothpick. The brush they gave me was a joke. I'm honestly not sure this thing will ever be fully clean. Straight to the trash.

Great quality sprayer at a good price! Looking forward to using this for the cedar siding on our roof gables and our rough-cut soffit wood. It's a pain to paint with rollers and a brush -- this will make it way easier to get a good coat.This comes with several spray tips, and cleaning accessories. Instructions are pretty good, and overall its a pretty straightforward easy to use spray. Not as intimidating as I was expecting. The cord isn't very long, but in almost any scenario you are going to need a good quality long extension cord, so this isn't a problem.It's well put together and the trigger and moving parts seems to be durable and of good quality. The airflow is solid and stead to provide an even coat.It's a little loud, but I don't have another to compare too. It also explains why it came with earplugs!

I got this HVLP electric sprayer primarily not for painting, but for applying insect control products in my indoor garden. Specifically, I use it to apply biodegradable pyrethrin-based insecticides for problems such as white flies and other small pests that can become difficult to control in an enclosed growing environment. After using it for this purpose, I found that many of the features intended for paint application actually translate very well to controlled garden spraying.The biggest advantage compared with a typical handheld pump sprayer is the consistent spray pattern and reduced hand fatigue. A pump sprayer requires repeatedly building pressure, and the spray pattern often changes as the pressure decreases. This electric HVLP sprayer maintains a much more uniform output, which makes it easier to cover plant leaves evenly—especially the undersides where pests such as white flies commonly hide.The adjustable flow control is particularly useful for garden applications. For insecticide spraying, I do not need maximum output. A lower flow setting produces a finer, controlled mist that coats foliage without unnecessarily soaking the plants or wasting spray material. The different nozzles and spray patterns also provide flexibility: a wider pattern works well for larger sections of my indoor growing area, while a narrower pattern allows more precise application around individual plants.The 1200 ml container capacity is a good compromise. It is large enough that I can treat a substantial growing area without constantly stopping to refill, but it is still small enough that the sprayer remains manageable and easy to maneuver. A larger commercial sprayer might hold more material, but it would be unnecessary for many home garden applications and would add weight.One feature I did not initially expect to appreciate was the dust-blowing attachment. Although designed for preparing surfaces before painting, it is useful around indoor growing areas where dust and debris can accumulate. I found the detachable container and flushing capability helpful because insecticide residue can build up just like paint residue. For outdoor garden use away from power outlets, a battery-powered sprayer would likely be more convenient.A few usage tips I discovered:• Test the spray pattern with water first before adding any treatment solution.• Use the lowest effective flow rate rather than maximum output.• Clean immediately after spraying; do not allow material to dry inside the nozzle.• Keep a dedicated sprayer for pesticides rather than switching back and forth between paint and garden chemicals.• When treating plants, adjust the nozzle so the mist reaches the undersides of leaves where many pests congregate.The sprayer has also made pest management more practical because I can apply treatments more uniformly. Before using an electric sprayer, I found myself either under-treating areas because manual spraying was tedious or over-applying liquid in an attempt to compensate for uneven coverage. Overall at about $37.99 this is a good value for a 700W HVLP paint sprayer.I like that this is more complete than just a basic spray gun. It comes with the 1200ml paint container, 4 nozzle sizes, 3 spray patterns, cleaning pieces, and even a dust blowing function. The adjustable width and flow control are useful because painting a fence or deck is different than spraying a cabinet or smaller furniture piece. It gives you more control instead of just blasting paint everywhere.The 700W motor feels like enough power for normal DIY projects, and the bigger cup means you are not stopping every few minutes to refill. I also like that it has different spray patterns for horizontal, vertical, and circular coverage. It does take a little practice to get the paint thinned right and avoid overspray, but that is normal with sprayers like this.Cleanup is the part I usually worry about, so the included brush, needle, and cleaning setup are nice to have. I would clean it right away after using it so the nozzle does not clog. For the price, I think this is a solid buy if you want a sprayer for furniture, cabinets, fences, decks, or small home projects without spending a lot.

I am really happy with this paint sprayer. I got this sprayer to repaint the wooden walkway and stairs at my home, and have been very impressed with it. This was not just a quick test on a scrap of wood. I used it for a fairly large outdoor project, and it made a job I had been dreading go remarkably quickly.The sprayer was easy to use, put down an even coat, and made getting into all the corners, railings, and awkward areas of the bridge much easier than doing everything with a brush or roller. Coverage was good and consistent, and once I got the spray adjusted the way I wanted it, the work went very quickly. The 1200 ml container is also large enough that I wasn't constantly stopping to refill it.Cleanup was quite reasonable for a paint sprayer. A tool like this isn't much of a time-saver if you spend forever cleaning it afterward!I'm happy enough with the results that my next project will be refinishing my kitchen table. I'm looking forward to trying it with polyurethane (the manual lists poly and several other paint types which may be used with this sprayer), where I'm hoping the HVLP spray will give me the smooth finish I've been wanting without the brush marks that can be so frustrating on a tabletop.For the price (~$55), this has turned out to be a very useful tool. My walkway and bridge alone made the purchase worthwhile. Five stars from me. Oh, and I just threw my prior sprayer away!
