Wow! This lamp looks like something I might have seen in my great-grandmother’s house, and I mean that entirely as a compliment. It has a wonderful vintage quality without looking like a reproduction trying too hard.The 16-inch lamp has a beautiful green ceramic base with a softly scalloped form and an etched white glass shade with a pronounced scalloped edge. The combination has a slightly Chinoiserie, slightly mid-century feel that works surprisingly well with all sorts of décor. At 16 inches tall, it’s a particularly nice size for a bedside table, small accent table, or tucked among plants where the green ceramic looks especially at home.The touch control is very convenient, and the three-color dimmable lighting gives you considerably more flexibility than its old-fashioned appearance would suggest. You can adjust both the warmth and brightness of the light rather than being stuck with one glaring setting.It looks gorgeous turned off, when you can really appreciate the ceramic and etched glass, but it’s even prettier illuminated. I absolutely love this lamp. It has such a pretty vintage look, and the combination of the white ceramic base, frosted glass shade, and antique brass accents makes it look much more expensive than it is. It also has a nice substantial weight to it and doesn't feel flimsy or cheap.The listing doesn't explain the controls very well, so for anyone else wondering how it works, there is a touch-sensitive button on the front of the base. Touching it cycles through bright white light, warm light, and off. I really like having both lighting options because the bright setting is useful when you actually need more light, while the warm setting gives the lamp a much softer and cozier glow.Another detail that isn't clear from the listing photos is the top of the shade. The lamp DOES come with the decorative brass finial that screws onto the top and finishes the look.I honestly don't have a negative for this one. My only real complaint is that the listing could do a much better job explaining and showing what you're getting. The lamp itself is beautiful, easy to operate, and one of those items that I liked even more once I had it in person.

This is a really, really pretty lamp and definitely has a unique vintage look that makes it a great statement piece. I love the overall design and the three different lighting functions are a really nice feature.Unfortunately, I did have an issue when assembling the glass shade. The top piece would only screw down so far and then completely stop, leaving about a half-inch gap. Because of that, I wasn’t able to properly tighten the shade and the glass does not sit as securely as I would like. I tried adjusting it several times but could not get it to tighten any further.Aside from that issue, I really do like the lamp. It has a beautiful look, gives off a nice light and adds a lot of character to a room. I just wish the shade assembly fit properly because otherwise this would have been an easy five-star product for me.

Everything about this lamp speaks to quality.And to find this quality is difficult, especially for this low, reasonable price.The lamp overall feels and looks to be more expensive than the actual list price.The materials are quality materials. The lampshade is actual frosted glass. It’s not plastic.The base of the lamp is ceramic. It’s beautifully glazed and flawless. The control for regulating the light is on the base of the lamp. The ceramic lamp portion is set on a brass base. It’s sturdy and it’s well balanced.The cord is ample. It’s long enough to reach around a corner.This lamp is pre-wired so assembly is minimal. All I needed to do was attach the bracket for the shade and then attach the shade. And another feature that surprised me is that a bulb is included. So this lamp is ready to go.It’s very pretty and it lights up an otherwise dark area in my home. It has an Asian look to it and the color is Jade green.
