These are simple but very useful garage storage hooks. Be sure to install close to the mount points where you can so you don't overload your storage rack.If you're careful you can install in the middle instead of just on the end too.Rubber on the hook part works well to protect your bikes.Zip ties to secure them seem a little underwhelming, but I have thicker ones on hand.Scooters can hang by their handle bars if you put them closer together instead of far apart like you would for bikes!Can be a little awkward to lift the bike out; especially if you don't use the zip ties cause they will pivot on the edge. But that's what the zip ties are for!

These hooks are being used on my Gladiator overhead storage system in my garage.For the price, you get 4 really well made and strong hooks. The rubberizing is thick and well done. The metal is strong on these, I couldn't bend it if I tried.For the Gladiator, the hooks fit but you will get a little play in the mount. About 1/4 inch worth of back and forth. This was not an issue for me and the hooks will stay in place until you want them to move, they will not pop out of the grid. Just me mindful you will have a little wiggle. This could probably be remedied with a shim to back the hook up, the tie wraps provided are not heavy duty and I would use a thicker one, but since it's not popping off you really don't have to. These also fit on one style of my wire rack system garage shelving, but on the shelving with narrower grid they did not fit.I would expect these hooks to last for many years of normal to heavy duty use and I would expect the coating to last as well.

I dedudcted a star cause of price, I think this 4 pack should be about $10 versus $19.99 at the time of purchase.As you can see in my photo, i used two hooks to hold my old single speed frame. One could hold a bike no problem as my racks can hold my weight at 200lbs.Overall, it helped give me space as my bike was in the garage. Will use 2 other hooks for my kids bike and my other bike.

These things look solid and strong. I wish I could attest to how well they hold up a bike, but unfortunately, for my shelving they only fit with the hook facing to the side, rather than outward, which won't allow me to hang the bike fully upside-down from two hooks as I planned. (The shelves are ClosetMaid brand, I think. I should have gotten calipers to check the width of the larger supporting wire before ordering.)However, I found other uses for them by hanging other items under the shelf where space was not being used efficiently. By putting two of the hooks so they faced each other, I was able to hang a milk crate under the shelf, creating a cubby below it. They can also store bulky yard tools, like a weed eater, vertically, as long as there's a spot on the tool to fit the hook through. They're very sturdy and have a nice covered area where things will be hung, so they're protected from scratches. I'd feel safe hanging something pretty heavy from them without concern.

I have literally been looking for hooks like these for years! It sounds like such a simple thing, but finding this particular style of hook in just the right size is surprisingly difficult. Most of the ones I’ve found are either too small to fit over the frame of our overhead garage storage system or so large that they hang awkwardly and waste valuable space. These are PERFECT.We have limited garage space, so I try to make every inch count—including the space underneath our overhead storage racks. Although these are marketed as bike hooks, I didn’t actually get them for bikes. They are certainly sturdy enough for that, but the configuration of our shelving wouldn’t make bike storage practical.Instead, I wanted them for things like pool poles, folding camp chairs, and other long or bulky items that I want off the floor but still easily accessible. They are exactly what I was hoping for.The hooks fit our 2.5-inch storage rack frame like a glove. They also include zip ties if you want to secure them even more, which is a nice addition. I especially like the protective coating on the hooks—it provides some grip so items don’t slide around while also protecting whatever you hang on them.For $19 for a four-pack, these have solved a garage-storage problem I’ve been trying to solve for a very long time. Sometimes it’s the simplest little thing that makes you ridiculously happy. 😂Excellent quality, sturdy, incredibly useful, and—most importantly—the RIGHT SIZE! I will absolutely be ordering more. Highly recommend!
