I really like this doorknob. It feels heavy and solid in your hand and has a much more substantial build than some of the other fingerprint doorknobs I’ve tried. I’m not a huge fan of the overall aesthetics, but the quality and functionality make up for that.The fingerprint reader has been one of the better ones I’ve used. It recognizes my fingerprint reliably without having to repeatedly reposition my finger, which can be a problem with some biometric locks.Another big plus for me is that it uses the same app as two other, completely different fingerprint doorknobs I already have. Being able to manage multiple locks in one app instead of installing yet another smart-home app is genuinely convenient.

Overall a good product at a very fair price!It seems sturdy, it is not particularly difficult for a homeowner to install, and it definitely works as described.I will point out that _after we registered several family members fingerprints, there was a problem connecting to it by Bluetooth to do my wife's prints an hour later, and we had to start all over after resetting the lock; I can only hope it was our fault and not a common occurrence.The keypad buttons are a little sensitive and you have to be careful not to cause a 'double tap' of a number you're pressing.I can certainly tell you my 8-year-old daughter had a lot of fun with it over the last few days unlocking it with her finger even when she doesn't need to get through that door! 😃
