High Lumen FCOB COB LED Strip Light

I use a lot of BTF-LIGHTING products and they're extremely high quality, I highly recommend them. This LED strip is no different. It comes packaged on a plastic spool with power connectors attached to both end. This strip differs from most that use JST SM connectors and instead uses barrel connectors. I think they're 5.5MM x 2MM, they aren't the standard 5.5MM x 2.5MM connector that I keep on-hand which is annoying. The connectors are also mounted backward from what I'd expect with the input being the male connector.The strip itself is very bright and produces a bright even light that looks great. At a distance the light is uniform though at about 3ft or closer you can start to see the individual LEDs.Like most LED strips, it has an adhesive back but also includes some screw anchors. You might need more anchors though, my strip wanted to twist even though it was coiled flat on the spool. Overtime this might cause the strip to pull free if only attached using the adhesive backing. If you're mounting the strip to something metal like a garage door or siding, you might want to invest in some VHB, the included adhesive doesn't bond well to smooth flat surfaces in my experience.Overall a really nice strip that's let down by the odd ball barrel connectors.

These lights are so bright, they should come with protective sunglasses.Not to worry though, with the right controller they are fully dimmable to match your needs (which you need to provide since there is no controller included.) I plan to replace the fluorescent lights over my workbench with these.The ‘temperature’ is fixed but this tone is very pleasing to the [my] eye. The connection could not be simpler for installations and the solder points appear to be very durable (see photos.) Be aware that being a double row, the overall strip is wider and may not match the connectors that you might already have. That being said, the solder points in this trimmable strip are generous in size and are easy to apply your own custom connectors/extensions.Pros:* Solid construction* Very bright, with a seamless appearanceCons:* The 3 mounting brackets are nice, but not nearly enough to install the full 16’ length* The included 3M adhesive is dubious and I have learned not to trust it for the long haul in gravity stressed installations. This is the same adhesive found in other LED strips that I have worked with.Solid buy if brightness in a tiny little space is your need.

This BTF-LIGHTING double-row COB strip is extremely bright while still producing a beautiful warm 2700K light. It has that comfortable, inviting incandescent-style color rather than the clinical look you can get from cooler LED strips.The high-density COB design creates a smooth, continuous line of light with virtually no visible individual LED dots. The CRI90+ output also makes colors and finishes look natural, which is especially important when using it for interior lighting.Overall, this is an excellent strip when you want a lot of light without sacrificing warmth. The 2700K version is especially good for living spaces, bedrooms, accent lighting, and anywhere you want a more upscale, comfortable atmosphere. Just remember that a 24V power supply/controller is not included.

BTF is my go-to favorite brand for LED lighting now.They’ve made another excellent product here.The light output is incredibly bright, even, and warm.There are no visible hotspots on the strip. Gives a very luxurious look.I’m confident that this will work for any application where the light is closer to the viewer and you want to make sure it’s not distracting from what you’re illuminating.Worked great for my purposes of edge lighting around my kitchen cabinets.The plastic covering is malleable yet tough feeling. So it shouldn’t break very easily.Installation is simple. However, you’ll need your own 24V power supply.This is a great value for the quality of this light.

HOLY MACKEREL this is AWESOME! I was a little skeptical at first when I was aware this did not come with a power cord. In one day, I hung up 3 different brand light strips (one of which was a trusted brand that is compatible with smart home devices), and this was one of the three also. The other two hardly even compare to this one!! The amount of light that comes from it is insane! I can light the whole basement without lamps and ceiling lights just using this. On top of that, I finally have the look I was going for - ambient strip lighting (warm white, I don't really do colors) that doesn't look like a bunch of LED dots on a strip. This warm (2700K) is almost as warm as you can get, the COB lighting using 24V capacity is seamless (no dots, almost like what a neon wire can do, but without annoying neon color and buzzing), and I've plugged it into a dimmer to make it as ambient or functional as I want. I immediately came back to Amazon to order at least half a dozen more for my bedroom, living space, and patio!!I can't fail to mention the adhesive. I stuck it in one place (and didn't like it), and I was able to take it down and still use the remaining stickiness for the spot it's in now. The other two failed to stick again after I moved them (it's not meant to be re-stickable, it's just really that great of adhesion). Plus, the ease of sticking makes installation a total breeze! The measurement was spot on (the wall was exactly 5 meters/16.4ft, and it fit almost exactly. And I was able to step on it and pinch it with furniture, and no system failure. I believe these will hold up very well over time. I think I might invest in a nice way to encase them for a more permanent look. It does come with a few connectors, but you want to make sure you're ready to go with a 24V-capable power cord (or 12V if purchasing from the other options).These are very reasonably priced. Maybe only a little more expensive than a few of the other brands out there that aren't smart home integrated from unknown brands, but now I see why. The quality of light is just outstanding - you get what you pay for in that scenario, but MUCH better priced than pretentious brands you would otherwise waste your money on. I explored this seller, and they offer more options, but I am just too impressed with this to risk trying anything else. I can't wait for the rest to come in - pictures soon to follow!

Holy moly this stuff is bright. I have the 2700K lights which are the warmest color they come in. I would probably go one step cooler if I ordered them again; the pictures I've posted make them appear cooler than they look in person.Here's what I like about this light: First, it looks (in person) like ONE solid string of light. I cannot see the individual LEDs. I the one close-up picture you can see the individual LEDs, but only because my phone automatically and drastically adjusted the exposure, with human eyes, it's one solid string of light. The light is extremely consistent throughout the length of the strip. The draw is low for the immense amount of light this strip emits. I have mine in two pieces (12' and 2') and it's drawing just 61 watts. I like how I could cut and connect with a simple solder, and if you're not able to solder you can buy a their simple splice kit. I also like that the whole strip is self adhesive making installation a breeze. I did receive these at no cost (I had to buy my power source) but the price is very reasonable for the quality. I'll most likely pick up a dimmer module for this and if I can come up with a reason, I'll buy more of these lights too!
