The light itself is great — minimalist design, easy touch control for switching between the dual light modes, and once it's up on the wall it looks clean and modern, exactly the vibe I wanted for bedside reading. 6" diameter.Getting it up on the wall, though, was a different story. The included instructions are genuinely bad (see photos) — vague, poorly translated, and not much help if you don't already have some idea of what you're looking at inside that housing. The innards of this fixture are more complex than the instruction sheet shows. For reference, that white plastic box tucked inside is the LED driver transformer, not some mystery component to be afraid of, but the instructions don't bother telling you that.My husband stood there watching me sort out the wiring and was legitimately impressed, informing me he had no idea I knew this much about electrical installations. I didn't correct him and tell him it was mostly matching wire colors and instructional videos, because a woman's got to take her wins where she can get them.Bottom line: great light once it's installed — minimalist, easy to use, good brightness options — just go in expecting to rely on general wiring knowledge (or a helpful YouTube video) rather than the actual instructions provided.

I installed this wall sconce beside a bed as a dedicated reading light, and it works very well for that purpose.
