[Size: 15'' Chisel]
La pieza es sólida
[Size: 15'' Chisel]
I used this to cut through roots. So far it’s been useful.
[Size: 15'' Chisel]
Works well for splitting small logs in a pinch as well as tile.

This hex shank chisel fit my demolition hammer perfectly. I have been replacing old tile in my home and using a 2" chisel bit in my demo hammer, and not only does it take a long time but the chisel end isn't the best for removing the thinset or tile. This bit makes tile removal much faster and easier, and is really easy to use. I especially like the width and how well the edge gets under tile and pops it up, unlike the old 2" chisel I was using that tended to break the tile into pieces. This one pops them up whole more often than not. It has held up well, its durability being a good indicator of its quality. This bit has really made things easier for me, and with all the time it has saved me it's really a good value for its price point.

I am contractor in So Cal and we do residential hardscape construction. My business build custom hardscapes for residential clients near the coast. A lot of the work we do involves reworking existing walls and patios to make them look beautiful again. This tool is perfect for removing tile, brick veneer, artificial stone, excess mortar and slag. The wide steel blade will chisel through mortar joints and expose the base surfaces for remodeling. This AZUNO HEX Shank Chisel 6" x 15" – Wide Thinset & Tile Removal Chisel Bit fits perfectly in my Hilti and Makita jackhammers and is the right length to save my back. It is built very solid and should hold an edge with continuous use and allow for resharpening when required. At $40 for quality tool steel this is actually a great deal.

I'll just say up front I don't use this with a jackhammer as it's designed for so I can't speak to it's actual intended use. I was just looking for a very heavy duty chisel for all those weird times I need a chisel and attempt to use a screwdriver or something else stupid. I usually use a pry bar, but sometimes the space just isn't right for it and I wished I just had a chisel. I often look at my wood chisels and ponder whether it's worth destroying one....the answer is generally no and I use an old screwdriver. This thing has stepped in and finally filled that gap in my destruction tools. Given it's made for a jackhammer, it's ridiculously over built for my purposes so I'm pretty sure it will outlast me. I've used it with a normal hammer and a sledgehammer with zero issues. My wood chisels can finally stop cowering in fear when they hear me stop down the stairs in frustration at another project gone horribly awry. I live in a hundred year old house where the previous owner took every shortcut imaginable so that's generally where every project reaches quickly.Price wise, I have little experience with jackhammer chisels so I can't say how it compares, but I think the price is fair considering how heavy duty this thing feels. Given how much a good wood chisel costs and I'm no longer potentially going to destroy one, it was well worth the price.

I picked up the AZUNO 6" x 15" HEX shank chisel for a tile removal project, and it performed exactly how I needed it to.The 6-inch wide blade is the standout feature—it covers a lot of surface area, which made removing tile and thinset much faster compared to narrower chisels. It really helps speed things up, especially on larger floors. The 15-inch length also gives you solid leverage and keeps you a bit farther from the impact zone, which reduces fatigue over time.Build quality is solid. The 42CrMo steel construction feels durable and held up well under repeated use with a jackhammer—no noticeable bending or dulling after a full day of work.A couple things to be aware of:This ONLY fits 1-3/16" (30mm) HEX jack hammers, so double-check your tool before buyingIt’s best for floor removal and scraping, not precision workOverall, if you have the right size jackhammer and need to remove tile, mortar, or flooring materials efficiently, this is a great value for the price. Would definitely use it again for demolition projects.
