We got this 62-Inch Outdoor Ceiling Fan with Light to replace an older, darker, heavier and noisier fan in our bedroom. We have a high and very sloped ceiling and this fan worked out great. The fan is listed as working with a 12° slope, and I think ours might exceed that, but it still worked. The fan comes with 6” and 12” downrods, but due to the height of the ceiling, we were able to buy a 30” downrod at a big box chain hardware store and it is a perfect match to the white. We also needed to add some additional wire length to accommodate the additional length of the downrod. We found the installation to be very straightforward. The instructions were adequate, but we are also experienced at doing this type of installation and were replacing an existing fan.We love the lightweight look and feel of the fan and the farmhouse look. The blades are thinner and very attractive compared to the bulky blades on some fans, yet they are very effective. Even on the lowest speed it moves a lot of air.The motor and fan are truly whisper quiet. Since it is in our bedroom that was very important to us, and we are very pleased with it. We simply can't hear anything other than the moving air. It is running perfectly balanced for us.The fan light is both dimmable and adjustable for the color temperature. It wasn’t something that I thought much about until we tried it out. Unexpectedly, we are very happy with this feature. The remote control has great features. It has a section for fan directions and six speeds. Another section for setting the brightness and temperature of the lighting. Lastly, it has a section for a timer to shut the fan off after 1 hour, 2 hours or 4 hours. I have fully tested the features with no problems.Extremely happy.

This van is wonderful. I have a very large living room open floor plan that leads into my kitchen and my dining room and our small fan that we had previously was just not cutting it for air movement in this large room. Having this fan immediately drops the temperature to something much more cooler and comfortable. It’s very quiet and easy to operate with a remote. I am a little concerned that if the remote is lost, then we will have no way to control this fan so that is a downside. It could be remedied with possible Bluetooth connection. If only this fan came with that option. Unfortunately, it does not. The remote consists of numerous buttons that control the speed of the fan, the temperature of the lighting and the brightness of the lighting. There’s also an option to change the rotation of the fan from the remote. I thought that was a really nice touch and I can in fact confirm that it does work. It is a very large fan in size so make sure that the space you are purchasing this fan for fits the size that is listed. Otherwise it’s really good and it’s functionality and looks really nice in a modern style living room.

I’m very happy with this outdoor ceiling fan. The 52-inch size works really well for our patio, and the black finish gives the space a clean and modern look. Installation was manageable, and once installed, the fan feels sturdy and works smoothly. It provides good airflow and makes spending time outside much more comfortable. Overall, it has been a great addition to our outdoor area.

Old homes with lathe and plaster, skip the molly bolts (the expansion ones) and get some 1/4" x 2" (or longer if needed) toggle bolts. Also, the washer is not appropriately sized for the holes in the bracket and they tend to fall into the hole. Get some bigger washers if you really want them to sit flush, but it doesn't seem to impact the screw heads from securely holding it.The hook isn't required if you just undo the safety cable screw lug and wrap it it around the mounting bracket. I spent 2 hours and a run to the big box store to figure this part out. Realistically, two 1/4" toggle bolts can hold more than the fan and the thrust it generates. Also, the four additional screws don't really do much other than maybe stabilize it a little bit more, but I'd recommend longer screws to catch the lathe or a stud if it were there. But again, they don't really do much beyond the toggle bolt.Note, I found it easier to mount the electronics with the vanes off. Just make sure you don't install the LED part as you won't be able to install the vanes with that on. Not a huge deal, it's only three screws holding the light part. There isn't much room for the converter/receiver and the wiring. You'll need to push the black box in and out to hide the wire nuts up in the original fixture/ceiling. Don't attach the fan connections, at least the side one, until after you've finishing wiring it into your house, just because it makes it easier to push it back and forth. The look is sharp for plastic vanes. The light can be adjusted lighter and darker and also the temperature (three settings) from a cool 3000K to a bright white 6000k. The light is bright. One note, it is a down-light, so it will not illuminate the upper part of the room well. Not a huge deal, but just something to consider.Surrounding the controls. If you don't use the remote and just an external light switch. Turning it on, will turn the light on, regardless of the previous setting. The fan will not automatically turn on with the switch. That means, you MUST use the remote to control the fan and the light. It's nice the light turns on from the switch because it gives the most intuitive use of the light switch. In my ideal world, I'd have two wires and one to control the fan the other to the light, but I can see that causing other issues (the light is on or th efan is on but the light isn't).The fan speeds are what you'd expect and it moves a good amount of air. I no longer need an upright fan in the room I'm using it in.The mount feels very secure and it was packaged well. I did have one screw from the vanes within the bell part and it was tricky to get out. There were scratches on the motor, but that's not really build quality. It was probably during shipping it worked itself loose. For the price at the time of my purchase $239.00, the price is a bit high. I see that the price has dropped to ~$160, which is more appropriate.

This 52-inch ceiling fan has a clean, modern design and runs very quietly, making it a great choice for a bedroom or living room. The reversible DC motor delivers good airflow, and the six-speed settings provide plenty of options for staying comfortable. I also like the 3CCT LED light, which lets you switch between warm, neutral, and cool lighting to match the space. The remote control is convenient and easy to use, and installation was straightforward. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is that some of the plastic components feel a little less sturdy than expected. They don't affect the fan's performance, but using higher-quality materials would make it feel more premium.Overall, this fan offers quiet operation, good airflow, and useful features at a reasonable value. It's a solid option if you're looking for a stylish, low-profile ceiling fan.

I am in the process of replacing every single ceiling fan in my own home, as well as updating the fixtures in my aunt’s and grandmother's houses, and this one is being used in a rather large family room with a high ceiling. This massive 62-inch model is perfect for larger spaces like open-concept living rooms or even large bedrooms. The contemporary aesthetic, especially with the faux wood blade finish and dual-sided reversible blades, gives you flexibility and create a beautiful, high-end look. The 8-blade design looks incredibly solid and substantial but doesn't look bulky (something I was worried about), and the sheer volume of air it moves on the higher settings can easily turn a hot room into a refreshing one in no time. What really sets this apart, though, is how thoughtfully engineered it is. Like all the other fans I've installed by this manufacturer, the DC motor is entirely whisper-quiet with zero wobble or hum, and it includes a "natural wind" mode that mimics an outdoor breeze in a way that is definitely unique among fans, though I think it's more appropriate for a covered porch than indoors. The integrated LED light setup is another positive feature, offering three distinct color temperatures and seamless dimming so you can dial in anything from bright task lighting (like working on puzzles) to a cozy evening glow. Installation is pretty straightforward for a fan of this size because the extra-long wiring allows you to comfortably rest the motor on top of a ladder while you wire it up alone. Plus, being able to reverse the blade direction for the winter directly from the handy remote control means no more dragging out a ladder to flip a manual switch. That's a HUGE plus for my aunt, who is older. My ONLY problem is that the blades don't appear to be made of solid wood. They appear to be made of composite and that worries me if used on a porch or areas of high humidity. However, I know most ceiling fans of this size need to utilize plywood blades, so this one is no exception. It may just have to do with the size of the blades itself and structural integrity. So overall, five stars from me.

62inch Outdoor Ceiling Fan with Light 8black Wooden Blades Dimmable 3ColorNot bad but could be improved. It was well packed. Everything in the box was organized and well protected. All hardware and pieces were present and damage free when they arrived. The instructions were pretty good compared to other fans I've installed. There were a couple odd translation related words but overall easy to follow. The quality of the screw holes was poor. Multiple holes were damaged at the last thread or two and required extra effort. That's a quality control issue that should be addressed. The design could also use improvement. When attaching the fan blades there are multiple spots on the mounting ring that look like they might be where a screw goes. If you have great lighting you can compensate for this issue but there is no good reason for this to be a thing. Just design better.Another odd design choice is on the receiver there are two connectors. One is red and one is black. But the bundles of wires coming from the fan has one black connector and one white, and the black connector will plug into both positions on the receiver if you're careless. This should not be possible in a well designed item. Use connectors that can only be plugged into the proper spot and color code them. The fan has a very slight wobble. This appears to be from the ring itself based on me watching it for several minutes. I did not bother correcting it. A balancing kit was included. There was a difference in blade height of one half inch. The mounts are sturdy enough they can't be bent with a reasonable amount of effort. Had I used the balance kit I feel the wobble could have been corrected and I may address it at some point if it worsens.

This 52‑inch ceiling fan arrives with the usual “some assembly required,” and the included manual makes that harder than it needs to be. The instructions are vague and sometimes poorly written; for example, the mounting section shows molly bolts in the illustration but never explains how to use them or that you must drill holes first, which could confuse anyone unfamiliar with that hardware. The fan body and mounting hardware feel solid enough, but most of the unit is plastic, including the blades and light cover. That may disappoint buyers who expect more metal, though the lighter weight does make handling and installation easier. A smart touch is the use of plug‑in connectors: once the ceiling wires are tied into the receiver, the remaining fan and light connections simply clip in, which streamlines the electrical work.Installed in a small bedroom and hanging about 18 inches from the ceiling, the fan moves air very well, especially at higher speeds. It runs very quietly with no wobble and only a slight hum, making it suitable for nighttime use. The LED light offers three color temperatures and adjustable brightness; the options are genuinely useful, but in a small room the brightest setting feels almost too intense. The included remote (two AAA batteries not included) worked immediately with no setup, is intuitive to use, and provides six fan speeds plus independent control of the fan and light. The lowest speed is a bit faster than expected, but overall operation matches the product claims.Based on the build and finish, it also appears reasonable for covered outdoor locations, provided it is kept out of direct rain. In the end, this fan delivers quiet performance, strong airflow, and flexible lighting in a modern design. The main tradeoffs are the vague manual and the heavy use of plastic, which may matter more to first‑time installers and those expecting more premium materials.
