This light strip was long enough to go around my jewelry cabinet and light it up perfectly. The cover on the sticky backing was easy to remove when sticking the light up, and it has continued to stay where I put it. I like the bright light that gives me plenty of illumination to see my jewelry no matter what time of day or night I need to look. My favorite thing is that the power button and controls are built right into the electric cord. I am really tired of the cheap remotes that come with LED lights. I have way too many, and I'm not even sure which ones go to what lights anymore. With the controls built into this light, there are no worries there!Highly recommended light!

Been really happy with how these look once they're up. The COB style means you don't see those little dots like on the older strips I had, it's just one smooth line of light which looks way cleaner under my cabinets. The white is a nice crisp daylight tone, not blue and not yellow, and it gets plenty bright for the kitchen. Setting it up in the app was pretty quick and the Alexa voice control works fine for turning it on and off. My one real gripe is the sticky tape on the back. It held okay at first but started peeling near the corners after a couple weeks, so I ended up adding some little mounting clips to keep it in place. Bending it around corners was easy enough though, the strip is flexible. The remote only has three buttons so you kind of need the app if you want to do anything beyond basic brightness. For the price it does the job well, I just wish the adhesive was stronger out of the box.

I purchased these lights for my son's room because he wanted to add some ambient lighting without having to use his main lights all the time. This turned out to be a great place to start.The light is bright, clean, and very even. I especially like that you don't see a bunch of individual LED dots like you do with some cheaper light strips. It gives off a much smoother, more finished-looking glow. Being able to dim the lights also makes it easy for him to get the brightness exactly where he wants it.The smart controls are a nice bonus, especially being able to control the lights without having to physically reach for a switch.Overall, these were an easy way to completely change the feel of his room without spending a lot of money or doing anything complicated. He's happy with how they look, and I'm impressed with the quality. Great purchase!

I ordered this LED light strip with the intention of placing it around my flat screen TV for a cool backlight effect. I realized that this would look great behind my fish aquarium, and instead ended up placing it on the wall behind the aquarium. This is a short/medium length LED light strip, perfect for a TV / aquarium / boat / picture frame / etc. This strip was super easy to install, and it looks really nice. The light strip seems to be good quality and made well, and is durable. I am very impressed with the way it looks and functions, and would recommend it to others.

These DAYBETTER COB LED strip lights put out a very clean, modern-looking light. The biggest advantage over older strip lights is the smooth, dot-free glow. Instead of seeing individual LED points, the strip looks much more like one continuous band of light, which makes it a good fit for under-cabinet lighting, TV backlighting, shelves, desks, or anywhere you want a cleaner accent-lighting look.Setup was fairly straightforward. The app installed easily, the strip paired without much trouble, and I was able to control the lights from my phone. I also like that there is a physical three-button controller as a backup, because not everything should require opening an app. The dimming works well, and the brightness range is useful whether you want task lighting or just a softer background glow.The adhesive seems decent, but like most LED strips, surface prep matters. A clean, smooth surface will give it the best chance of staying put long term. Also, these do get warm like most LED lights, so I would definitely unwind the strip before powering it on. Leaving it lit long-term while still wrapped around the spool is asking for heat buildup.My main complaint is the lack of adjustable white temperature. The light is bright and crisp, but it is a cooler white, and I would have much rather had warm/cool/daylight adjustment than “breath” or “twinkle” modes. I also had to register with an email before the app functionality really worked, even though the app appeared to allow guest access. Alexa found the device, but I could not get Alexa control to work properly, so I would not buy this expecting seamless voice control unless you are willing to troubleshoot.Overall, these are very good if you want bright, smooth, set-it-and-forget-it white accent lighting. They look much more polished than traditional dotted LED strips, and the app control is convenient. I’m taking off a star mainly because the white temperature is fixed and the smart-home side was not as complete as I would have liked.
