These aren’t the brightest-looking or most stylish outdoor lights I’ve seen, but that really isn’t a bad thing because they do exactly what they’re designed to do and at around $60 for the pair, I think they offer excellent value for money.I installed the two lights on either side of my garage door, where practical, reliable illumination is much more important to me than having an ornamental fixture. The brightness is impressive for the price and is similar to, if not better than, some much more expensive decorative outdoor lights I’ve looked at. If your priority is actually lighting an area rather than simply adding a decorative accent, these are hard to beat at this price but if ultimate brightness is you wait, they will not compete with spotlights.Installation was surprisingly easy. The backing plate has multiple knockouts, making it easy to position the wiring exactly where you need it while still allowing the light to sit flush against the wall. There’s also a foam gasket on the back to help create a watertight seal, which is a nice touch for an outdoor fixture.The lights offer selectable brightness and color temperatures, along with dimming. While it’s nice to have the options, I’ll be using the brightest setting for my garage because more light is definitely better for me. If these were installed on a back porch, however, I could see the lower settings being useful for a softer, more relaxed atmosphere.The built-in dusk-to-dawn sensor is another feature I really like. Once installed, the lights automatically come on when it gets dark and turn off again during daylight, so there’s no need to remember to operate them manually.Overall, these are practical, well-designed outdoor lights that offer a lot of functionality for the money. This is my 3rd light (set) from these guys. The solid quality of the housing and light brightness keeps bringing me back. These are great in use in or on your barn or porches and such where a stylish light isn't important to you.The very flexibly designed back plate allows various options for mounting or wiring -- you can knock out/drill out various parts based on your mounting box. You should be able to make it work most rectangle or round light boxes, or mount directly on a wall and run a conduit into the bottom opening.The dimmer switch doesn't do a lot to the level of light output, but most of us just want it on full brightness anyway. The Color temp selector has 3 options. The 3000 and 5000 settings are probably accurate. The 4000 setting is actually just a combination of the 3000 and 5000 LEDs, not a totally different setting. I prefer the 4000 setting for utility use.Great lights, I'll come back if I need some more!

Small size with good output. 30 W doesn’t seem like a lot, but it is. These have a photo cell so or regulated for dawn to dusk. LEDs are adjustable in color. The units themselves are solid and very well built. The waterproof ability seems excellent for wet or marine environments. They come with a foam backing plate to seal your connection as well. I have other lights from this brand and they’re excellent can recommend especially for a two pack for the cost.
