Assembly took a little time. But it was easy with the directions. The wiring is straight forward, easy to plug into the right places.It is really heavy trying to get it hung up, it will take more than one person.I like the extra rods that makes it longer, helped in my garage celling so that it didn't hit anything.It puts out a lot of air flow, makes my garage much more comfortable to be in.It has some noise but not enough to really notice it.The remote connects to the fan like it should. I haven't had any issues with it lagging, or not working.It looks like a high quality expensive fan, but its affordable for what your getting.

**Great Airflow with Less Noise**I got this fan for my large Texas living room, and the oversized aluminum blades are perfect for the space. I really appreciate that the blades are very large but still lightweight.
