This lamp is beautiful, it comes with a very heavy base that makes the whole thing sturdy and stable. it comes with a bulb and the remote to control it. It doesn’t come with batteries but only requires 2 AAA.

This gives the corner by my reading chair a very specific old house kind of look. The green shade has a richer color in person, and the fringe with the little bead details makes it feel cozy without looking too costume like.Assembly was easy. The pole sections just screw together, and the base has enough weight that it does not feel tippy on my wood floor. The fringe needed a little smoothing after being packed flat, but it settled down fine. The pole sections are metal with a wood look finish, so do not expect real wood all the way up. It still looks good from normal viewing distance.The included bulb and remote are useful. I mostly keep it on a warm setting for reading, and the dimmer gives a decent range. Full brightness is enough for that chair area. It will not light a whole living room by itself. The foot pedal is handy since I do not have to bend down or hunt for the remote every time.The remote feels a little cheap, and the shade material is fabric rather than anything glassy. I am giving it four stars. It looks great and works well as an accent lamp, with a few material quirks that are worth knowing before buying.

My daughter loves the rustic Victorian and bohemian style, that is why I got this lamp. It is very well made using high quality metal with a wood grain finish. The small weighted base prevents the lamp from tipping without using much floor space. The large scalloped, bell shaped green fabric covered shade with tassels and beads make this a vintage antique looking Victorian style and bohemian chic lamp, just what she likes. She ended up putting it near her bed in her room for that little bit of extra lighting. She really loves the remote control making it easy to adjust the brightness with ease. The brightness and color setting gives her options for whatever she is doing whether watching tv, reading a book or doing homework. It was very easy to assemble with the included instructions.

I ordered this lamp to go in a bedroom that has a vintage look and an existing antique table lamp with a similar, but different color, fringed lampshade. First impressions of this floor lamp are very good. The base of the lamp is very heavy so no worries of it getting knocked over easily. The lamp was easy to assemble, just screw together the posts and insert the lampshade and bulb. The lamp stand is metal but looks very much like wood. The shade is very pretty with a velvety body and long fabric and pearl beaded fringes. The on/off switch is a foot pedal attached to the electrical cord. The bulb is a remote control bulb (included) so the light adjustability is only available using this type of bulb. Otherwise, it would be a simple light on/off function using the foot pedal switch. I think this lamp integrates well with my vintage themed bedroom. In terms of price/value, I think it's a good price/value at $90 but a fabulous deal at the current price sales price of $63. If Boho/Art Deco/ or Vintage is your style, I'd quickly jump on this lamp at the current sale price. Highly recommend.

The first thing you should know is that despite that is says the only thing wooded on the lamp is the base all the other parts are wood color but are made of metal. The description on the website says that it is a glass lamp shade but it linen. It's pretty linen but still linen.The assembly instructions are just one picture...it when together very simple.The lamp shade is beautiful with the green linen and the fringe of green, beige and pearls.The set comes with a light bulb and a remote control. The remote control requires 2 AA batteries not included.The height of the lamp is a perfect couch or chair size and the color and brightness of the bulb was good for my needs and the remote was very easy to operate. The price is comparative to others online that offer similar options.

I ordered the Vintage Floor Lamp For Living Room,Remote Dimmable Wood LED Standing Lamps With Victorian Fringe Green.I ordered the "C" variation which is the straight lamp look. I saw another photo with one that hung over to the side which would have been neat to slide the base under a couch and have it above me for reading purposes.Mine looks similar to the photos, but it says in the listing this is a wood base, but mine is made of metal with a wooden look to it. That was the first thing I noticed when I was taking it out as I didn't expect the segments to feel like metal. A magnet sticks to it strongly. They are somewhat lightweight segments, but the base in this is very heavy which I'm pleased about as it feels more durable. The top of it feels nice with the fabric, and in certain lighting the green color looks like velvet. It comes with a dimmable light bulb and remote.The remote doesn't feel the highest of quality, but I appreciate the additional option. It also doesn't come with batteries so you will need two AAA's to put inside. There is a pedal that is connected to the power cord on how to turn this on so you don't actually need the remote to have a functional light. However, the remote offers dimming and preset lighting options as well as a timer, so it is nice to have. I tend to lose remotes, and I could put some hook and loop tape on the back of it and place it on the bottom base or the back side of the stem.In general, it seems to be decent quality. I didn't need the directions to set up since it was self-explanatory to me, and I didn't have any problem with pieces not fitting. Even though the stem is made of metal instead of wood, when it's set up it looks incredibly sharp especially in my vintage themed space. I almost didn't order it because the chairs in my room are light blue. I was pleasantly surprised how well it blended and I think was a better color choice than if I would have saw a blue one.It's heavy enough to not feel cheap, and I like how similar it looks to true vintage. Because the base is so heavy, it has good enough stability to me. When it's at its brightest setting, I wouldn't say it's the brightest lamp in the world, but by looking at it I didn't expect it to be. It gives off a romantic, lower light ambiance, and it's bright enough to see what we are doing without being distracting when you're trying to wind down.Since this is an earlier review, I can't speak about longevity until longevity has been reached, but since this will get used heavily, I will come back and update as time goes on if I notice anything.Overall, it's a little different than expected, but it really tied everything together in my space where it looks a lot better, thank you.

I am in love with this vintage floor lamp!! It has really transformed the corner of my living room into a whimsical space of beauty. I love the green felt and the tassels hanging down from the lamp shade.It arrived in such a small box I was very curious how it all fit inside! The lamp post came in pieces but all connected by the cord. So all that really needed to be done to put it together was to screw the poles into each other, starting at the top and working down to the base which is heavy and very sturdy. On the bottom of the base is an anti slip foam pad, already applied you don't have to add it.My last lamp didn’t have all the features that this lamp does and it’s all in the light bulb and remote, which takes 2 AAA batteries. There are multiple lighting features that can be used. White light, yellow light, a night light feature and then dimming and brightening. Even nicer is that the remote has preset buttons which makes it all so easy to use and switch through the light settings and adjust the light how ever you want. It also has a one hour timer button for if you want the light to turn off on its own. Also I forgot to mention that when not using the remote, there is a foot pedal button for turning the lamp on and off.I’m extremely impressed with this lamp and love how easy and modern it is with the vintage look.
