I’m really impressed with this 2-step folding step stool! It’s lightweight enough to move around the house easily, but it definitely does not feel flimsy or cheaply made. The aluminum construction gives it a solid, quality feel, and I really like the wide steps because they give you plenty of room for your feet.Sturdiness and stability are two of the biggest things I look for in a step stool, and this one does a great job in both areas. Once opened, it feels secure and planted rather than wobbly, and the wide non-slip steps give me much more confidence when stepping up. The rubberized feet also help keep it in place while protecting the floor. The safety features are another huge plus. Between the sturdy frame, wide non-slip steps, supportive handrail, and secure footing, it feels much safer and more reassuring than a basic little step stool. The handrail is especially helpful when climbing up or reaching for something higher.I also LOVE the foldability. It folds down easily when I’m finished using it, so it doesn’t take up much space when stored. It’s lightweight enough to grab and move wherever I need it, whether that’s in the kitchen, pantry, closet, or around the house. The overall quality is excellent. The materials feel durable, the steps are well constructed, and the entire stool has a nice solid design. It’s also nice that it doesn’t feel overly bulky despite having two steps and a handrail. For the value for the money, I think this is a great buy. You’re getting a sturdy, stable, easy-to-store step stool with features that make it much more convenient and confidence-inspiring than the inexpensive basic models.Overall, I’m very happy with this step stool. It’s sturdy, stable, easy to fold and store, feels safe to use, and has a quality construction that I expect to hold up well. It’s one of those household items you don’t realize how useful you need until you have one! I highly recommend for the value!

Very sturdy step ladder. It's extremely well-built, and very stable. The all-metal rectangular metal tube frame is made for stability and durability, unlike the cheaper tubular framed consumer stepladders. For a 2-step, it's not "lightweight"--it has a good amount of weight, which is a good thing. It won't rock and become unstable while you're on it. The aluminum non-slip steps are industrial quality, and folds flat, making it a pleasure to keep in the shop or on the back of the truck. The only reason why I docked one star is that they should have used non-slip rubber feet or pads. Instead, they just used that yellow plastic you see the product images. Because of this, these stepladder feels unstable on polished concrete or similarly hard slick surfaces like tile or even on smooth hardwood floors. This an unfortunate oversight in the design that's easily correctable. I plan on getting some adhesive-backed rubber pads and stick them on myself.

Fantastic ladder.First of all, it's very lightweight - as in it doesn't weigh much. Honestly, I can carry it with one finger. And yet, it's super sturdy (it would have to be to support the listed max of 330 pounds!). It feels completely solid when standing on it, it sits flat and secure on the floor with non-slip feet. There are zero wobbles. The treads have raised ridges to make it non-slip for your feet too.It open and folds back up so easily, no danger of pinching fingers or struggling like with so many foldable step ladders. And when it's folded, it is incredibly compact - just under two inches wide. I keep mine slid into the very narrow space between the fridge and the wall so it's handy for reaching stuff in high cupboards.Overall, I don't see what more anyone could ask from a portable step ladder: it's light to carry, supports over 300 pounds, opens and closes smoothly, doesn't slip or slide, and only needs a 2" wide slot to slip into for storage. Super price point for a ladder that ticks every box.

This stool is not going to change your life, it's just exactly what you expect, which is rare these days. It folds super thin so you can slide it into a closet or under a bed without taking up much space. It's built of metal yet isn't heavy. The hinge feels pretty good to open and close, it has some resistance but not too much, and clicks into place when securely unfolded. And finally, it feels incredibly sturdy to stand on.It reminds me of my much more expensive Gorilla ladder in both look and function, but I'll be reaching for this more often because of it's size, weight and usability. The only downside is that the feet are just plastic and could offer more grip. This isn't an over-engineered luxury ladder, it's very basic. But I can finally throw away the plastic death trap I've been standing on to get above the fridge. This makes a great addition to any household.

Extremely sturdy step stool. This is the nicest step stool I've ever owned and I've owned a few. It's very solid and durable and heavy duty. The handle is easy to hold and carry around. The steps also fold in and out easily. Each individual step is 8" deep x 12" wide. The external dimensions are 16" x 36" tall in the 2-step version. I really like that it folds almost completely flat and is only 2" wide folded and it sits flush against the wall. The quality is good for the price and I see many years of use ahead. It also came fully assembled which was great. I can finally reach my upper kitchen cabinets!

This is a solidly built, all-metal two-step stool that provides just the right amount of height for reaching those hard-to-access upper kitchen cabinets. It feels sturdy and well-made, especially compared to similarly priced plastic alternatives found at many big-box stores. At about 10 pounds, it's not particularly lightweight, but it's still easy enough to move around when needed. The steps are generously sized, making them easy to use and reducing the chance of missing a step. They also feature a good non-slip surface, which adds to the overall sense of safety and stability. One thing to note is that the price seems to fluctuate quite a bit, so it may be worth setting a price alert and waiting for a good deal.Overall, this is an excellent stool to keep in the pantry, laundry room, or kitchen for those times when you need just a little extra height. Sturdy, practical, and well worth considering.

First off, this step ladder is amazing in design, function and quality. First it folds so thin that you can store it almost anywhere - I put it next to my washing machine for easy and quick access when I need to reach the top shelves in my laundry room. It is very light weight that it is easy to move, fold and store. When this ladder is folded, it could easily hang on the back of a door, in a closet, under a bed, etc., so many ways to keep it close at hand yet out of sight until needed. From a safety perspective, the deep steps (much deeper then any step ladder I have owned before) and the handle provide stability when using the latter. I like that when I step on the stop step I can use my calves to push again the handle for added stability The top step is about 20 inches off the ground so high enough to reach without being too high. Also then the ladder is open, it stays open and provides a solid experience when using it.Overall, this is a great find, the quality is nice, the value for the money even better, and it is light and easy to store. I would buy this ladder again... it met all my exceptions above and more.

I got this two-step ladder mainly for my wife to use in the kitchen to reach the upper cabinets without having to pull out a full-size step ladder. This size is perfect for that use and is much easier to keep handy. The ladder is made of aluminum, so it is fairly lightweight while still feeling solid when I'm standing on it. There is very little play in the frame, and it doesn't have the loose or flimsy feeling I've experienced with some lightweight step stools. The steps are a good size and feel secure under my feet. I especially like the rubber feet, which give it a planted feel on the floor and help keep it from sliding around while I'm using it.Folding it is simple, and it folds down surprisingly flat. That's probably one of my favorite features because I can store it against a wall or in a narrow space instead of having to find room for a bulky ladder. It's also light enough that moving it around the house is easy. The black finish with the yellow trim is a nice touch. It gives it a more modern look and makes it feel less like a basic utilitarian ladder. The contrast also makes the steps and moving parts easy to see.For a two-step ladder, I think the balance between size, weight and stability is very good. I wouldn't expect this to replace a taller ladder for reaching high places, but that's not what I bought it for. In the kitchen, it's much more convenient than dragging out a larger ladder just to reach something on an upper shelf.Overall, I'm happy with it. It feels well built, folds nearly flat for storage, and is lightweight enough to grab whenever I need it. The large steps and rubber feet also give me more confidence than a small folding stool. A very practical two-step ladder for everyday use, especially in the kitchen.
