Here on the ranch, I work on all sorts of equipment, and it's always good to have tools that help make the job a bit easier, and these are some of those tools. They're great for both the removal and installation of bolts that are in really tight places, and they allow you to adjust the angle of your wrench just enough to provide necessary clearance while still being able to apply the required leverage. These are made of Chrome Moly steel and have black phosphate coating, so they're built to last. I also like that they come in the 1/2", 3/8", and 1/4" drive sizes.Great tools at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

They are nice for tighter spaces or spaces that are just too small to fit a full length wrench in the space. The multiple sizes which are nice to have available. They move freely with a slight resistance in them which is good. The resistance is not crazy it is just enough for them not to flop around like a fish out of water. Line the lock ball up with the divet inside and it wont come off your wrench until you want it to. They have some weight to them which says the materials they used to make is at least semi durable. So far they have not had any reliability issues or durability issues so im gonna say they are durable and worth the price to order. They help alot and im happy i ordered them.

Durable chrome molly and a ball socket for taking some serious stress from an impact wrench. The ball joint in the EGOFIX 3PCS Impact Universal Joint-Socket Swivels are lightly sprung to hold a position before taking the weight of a socket. The fit is fine. These are not the least expensive or the most narrow and they have yet to prove themselves long term but at ~$13/set it's an affordable solution.

They're brand new to me so I can't say anything about longevity, but they appear strong. You can easily wiggle them from side to side and up and down. They aren't loose. They stay in whatever position you put them. That's a good thing. If they do loosen up, that'll be the first hint that they are starting to fail.I probably won't use them all that much. I do my own home, auto and rv repairs though, and there are times when they are almost essential. I did a job on my rv last year which almost beat me because it was near impossible to get to the bolt. That's probably the strongest reason why I now have this set. I'll be prepared for the next job.

Wobble adapters are a big improvement over old-school universal joint adapters

[Size: 1/2+3/8+1/4, Number of Items: 3]
I've been using traditional universal joint adapters for years, the kind with two joints that flop all over the place and are an endless source of frustration to work with. While they have always served their purpose, the advent of wobble adapters like those in this listing is a serious improvement in usability. These feature smooth movement yet hold their desired trajectory without flopping around. I have some other light-weight wobble adapters that I also like a lot, but these being impact rated without adding too much heft makes them a go-to in my toolbox.I got the 3-pack featuring the most common sizes (1/4, 3/8, 1/2) so I'm set regardless of the ratchet, impact wrench or socket set I'm working with. Time will tell how well they stand up to the abuse of my shop, but so far I'm impressed, and have no hesitation to recommend.

Very handy for tight spaces.

[Size: 1/2+3/8+1/4, Number of Items: 3]
I have used these swivel adapters for automotive work, and they are really useful when a straight socket and extension will not line up with the fastener. Having all three common drive sizes means I can use them with my 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch tools instead of needing separate adapters. The swivel action gives me much more flexibility when working around obstacles. The CR MO steel construction feels heavy duty, and they have a solid fit with my sockets and extensions. I like that they are made for impact use because I do not have to worry about using them with my impact when a stubborn fastener needs some extra force. The swivel movement is smooth without feeling excessively loose. After using them, I have been happy with the quality and versatility. They are small enough to keep in my toolbox without taking up much room, and they are easy to wipe clean after working on vehicles. Overall, I like having all three sizes together. They are one of those tools that may not get used on every job, but when you need one, having it available makes the job much easier.

Quality Impact Swivel Set That Moves SmoothlyQuality Impact Swivel Set That Moves Smoothly

[Size: 1/2+3/8+1/4, Number of Items: 3, Size: 1/2+3/8+1/4, Number of Items: 3]
I've used a lot of universal joints and swivel adapters over the years, and my first impression of this set is very positive. The pieces have a nice weight to them, the machining looks clean, and they feel like quality tools rather than bargain-bin accessories. One thing I noticed immediately is how freely they swivel. The movement is smooth and consistent without feeling loose or sloppy, which makes it much easier to reach fasteners in tight locations. They fit sockets and impact tools securely, and it's nice having the three most common drive sizes included in one set.The CR-MO steel construction gives them a durable, professional feel, and they seem well suited for automotive, equipment, and general shop work. Whether you're working around engines, suspension components, or other hard-to-reach fasteners, these make the job much easier. The real test, of course, will be the test of time. Universal joints can look great out of the box, but long-term durability under repeated impact use is what ultimately matters. I haven't had them long enough to comment on that yet, but based on the build quality and how they perform so far, I'm optimistic. For now, they swivel freely, fit well, and feel like quality tools. Based on my experience to date, they're an easy five-star review.

Swivel adapters work well without being too floppy. CR-MO material. Each size is labeled.Swivel a...

These universal swivels are a great way of using regular sockets as-if they were swivel sockets.I ordered the 3 piece set in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" drive. There are 3 swivel adapters included. Each adapter has a male and female connector of the same size with a swivel in the middle. The 1/4" for example fits onto a 1/4" ratchet and accepts 1/4" sockets. There's a ball joint and a spring visible from the female side of the swivel. The swivel adapters are labeled with the brand name, material CR-MO, and size. There's two holes in the sides of the female joint for a ball detent or through joint. The adapters measure approximately 1.5", 2.0", and 2.6" in length for the 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 sizes. I weighed the adapters at 1.09 ounce, 3.32 ounces, and 5.19 ounces.Using the adapters they function similar to other universal joints. In that they let you attach a socket to a fastener with an angle. Where these are better is they have a smoother ball type mechanism and they are less floppy. A standard universal joint can sometimes be hard to work with because the socket won't stay in the angle that you want it. These on the other hand work much better keeping an angle. With the 3 most common sizes this set allows the addition of a swivel to almost any socket or even between extensions.
