This fan really moves some air! It is an indoor and out door fan and it has2 very tight rubber gaskets to keep the water out of the fan so it is truly a outdoor fan. I am so incredibly happy with this fan! It is very easy to install. If you are wanting a fan that you can feel and moves air, this is exactly what you want.

First off, the instructions are VERY poorly done. My box came with a ton of extra screws which is a bit of a curse when mixed with instructions that literally tell you to do the wrong thing. I ended up damaging at least half of the blades due to the fact that the instructions tell you to use the larger screws on one side of the blade attachments but they're actually too big and cause indentions on the blade. There's actually enough smaller screws to take care of the blades entirely without using the larger at all through the whole install. BUT, if you read this in time and don't follow the idiotic instructions, the fan overall is fantastic! It's quiet and pushes a TON of air. Around half of the blades also came with small dents and scratches right out of the box but it's not really noticeable at the height that I have it. Compared to similar fans, this one is at a good price range, and regardless of some of the agitations that I have with it, I would still probably purchase it again.

This is a super nice 96 inch industrial ceiling fan! This is perfect for our party garage where we get together and have big family parties. It can get hot especially during the warmer months so we had to scoop this up. This came very well packed and secured and everything was exactly as described. This gets a great air flow going and my husband and a few of his buddies were able to get this fully installed in no time. They said it was very simple and straightforward if you know what you're doing. Once it's all installed it definitely cools the space down very well and gets a huge Breeze going. Just be sure you look over all the specifications ahead of time so you can be 100% sure that it will fit and work for you and as long as you do that you're good to go. Definitely a solid 10 out of 10 worth every penny

Not sure if the fan worked or not. When I received the box, there was a pretty good hole knocked in it in two separate places. Once I got all the items out of the box, three of the fan blades had damage to them. Paint was chipped off and there were dents in the blade. I was afraid if I put the fan up 20 ft in the air, the damage to the blades would make a difference so I am sending the fan back. Loved the feel of the blades. They are metal with plastic tips which need to be applied to each blade I guess to help with circulation.The fan seems nice, just didn't get it installed to see and hear the movement of it.

It will be a few weeks before we can get this 96" ceiling fan mounted in our 20 ft tall warehouse.For now….The blades are supposed to be 4 ft long. The box is only 3 ft long. After the user assembles the blade and the blade tail onto the blade insert, the blade is 46” long. With the motor diameter, the whole fan will have its stated diameter of 96”.The metal pieces have a solid feel. The parts are packed well in dense foam.Comments about the parts list:Part A, hanger, is already mounted inside Part C, the Dice cup.Part #A, Fan blade insert screws, are already screwed into the motor.Screws #B and #C are different on the parts list. I found a bag of 61 identical screws.I did not find anything I could identify as part #D, “Anti-friction protection sheet.” I searched for a metal or silicone bushing. It may already be attached to another part.I have been in buildings with big fans like this, and I hope to get ours mounted soon. We can put this up when we get a few more people to help with holding and balancing on tall ladders.Rating: goodMy scale: 5 star = excellent (or has a special feature), 4 star = good/ very good (does what it should), 3 star = average (or has a minor flaw), 2 star = below average (multiple flaws or does not perform its function well), 1 star = avoid (does not fulfill its mission; it is going in the trash).
