Looses connection, seller is not helpful , says will replace and after 1yr of endless promises..they fail! Im still using it and u do not have to buy their online subscription if u use a sd card. But the app works pretty good and i negotiated a cheaper price for the sub. But it doesnt always catch people even when theyre nosed up to it!

Item worked for my door bell installation

Easy to install and works really good

I first purchased 1 for myself, then 5 more as Christmas gifts for love ones. I also purchased the chimes and the anti-theft hardware to secure to door. Safety and security is uppermost. Wireless. Easy hookup. Easy charging - once charged lasts two months or more depends on your motion and interaction settings. I can see beforehand who’s by my door without just by looking at my gone or who’s calling or if package delivered. It’s a plus for women who live alone or latched key kids.

It’s great, it stays put. We have had it a little over a year and we haven’t had any problems.

This is awesome. We live in a rental, so did not want to wire or drill. Tried using Gorilla double sided tape and it worked for several cooler months, but when summer came, it plopped right off. Tried the tape again and NOPE. It wouldn’t stick longer than a few days in summer months. I actually came across this while scouring YouTube for a solution and then ordered it from Amazon. It is sooo easy to install and stays put. Very easy to remove for battery charging. Plus, it protects the video doorbell (we have Ring Video Doorbell Pro) from anyone trying to steal it! Wish I’d known about this from the start!
