I was looking for a nice floor lamp and decided to try this Neewer light. It has a tall and sleek design that fits perfectly in the corner of the room, and I really love all the different lighting options it comes with.You can change the settings using either the included remote or the app, but I definitely prefer using the app. It was super easy to connect and gives you a lot of options to play with, like picking from millions of colors, adjusting the brightness, and choosing different preset scenes. This also connects right to my Alexa, so I can just tell my speaker to turn it on and it starts up immediately.Overall, I think this is a really great light and a good price compared to similar higher end models.

The light itself is excellent. It feels solid, looks great, and the lighting output is fantastic. However, getting it up and running was a chore. The included installation instructions are pitiful and could be much clearer.Another major downside is the software. This is clearly a Tuya-based light, but Neewer has locked it down so it only works with their proprietary Neewer app. I already use the Smart Life app for all my other smart home devices, but this lamp refuses to pair with it. Instead, I was forced to hand over my email address and create yet another account just to control my light.Buy it for the quality of the light, but be prepared for an annoying setup and another app on your phone.

This is my second NF04 RBG stick lamp in my home, and they are my new favorite feature of my office. These lamps have super simple installation, with all hardware and tools included, and easy to follow instructions. Once assembled, you just simply plug it in and you can start using it. The app helps with all the endless customizations you could possibly want, whether it's different color combinations, timers, effects and more. The color of the light itself is impressive - you can have vibrant colors or more muted tones and you can control the lumens through the app or with the foot pedal buttons. I love that you can use this without the app if you need to - the buttons on the floor are easy to press with just a toe! This light adds the perfect amount of ambiance in my office with RBG options to fit my mood, but if I just need task lighting, its great with that as well with multiple color temperature options that are warm to cool.This light is not only great for ambient light, but is also great for parties with it's music and noise sync options as well as holiday themed presets for most major US and international days. I also love the versatility for photoshoots - this throws out enough light to have on the flood next to my temporary set ups for work/product shots and the adjustability at the touch of a finger on the app really makes this a light to invest it.

This slim smart floor lamp completely transformed one of the darkest corners of my room without taking up any noticeable space.I’ve always loved the design of these modern corner lamps but hadn’t gotten around to trying one until now, and I’m so glad I finally did. The narrow profile blends beautifully into the room without requiring much floor space or adding a large, distracting lamp head.I was even able to fit it onto a small ledge in my living room, where it fills a corner that was previously always dark with beautiful, softly diffused light. It did require some assembly but it was easy, just make sure you tighten all of the brackets well.The included scenes look gorgeous and offer a wide range of colors with smooth, fluid effects. It also produces a great white light that feels accurate and useful rather than only functioning as decorative RGB lighting.The smart functionality is one of the best parts. I have it linked with the other smart lights in my living room, so the entire space can now be controlled through voice commands and automated schedules. That level of integration makes the light much more convenient to use every day.Overall, this is one of the best ways to brighten an empty corner while adding both colorful ambiance and practical white lighting. It looks modern, takes up almost no space, and has become a perfect addition to my smart home setup.

I already own the Neewer NF06, so I was curious to see how the NF04 compared. The first thing I noticed is that the NF04 is a little shorter and has a simpler, lower-profile base, which actually blends into a room better. Even though it’s smaller, the light output and color effects are just as impressive. I didn’t notice a drop in brightness or quality.My favorite improvement is the assembly. The NF04 uses standard screws that you can tighten with a regular screwdriver. My NF06 uses tiny hex screws, and after a while they loosened up. Having to hunt down the little Allen wrench every time was frustrating, so this is a much better design.The app is still one of the best features. I love being able to connect through both Bluetooth and WiFi, and the setup only took a couple of minutes. The app is intuitive, offers tons of colors, scenes, music sync, and lets me control multiple Neewer lights together.If you don’t need the extra height of the NF06, I’d actually recommend the NF04. It delivers the same fun lighting experience in a cleaner, more practical design. Highly recommended!

THIS LIGHT IS AWESOME!!! first lest start with the build and putting it together. it was a breeze to put it together. the instructions were clear and easy to follow. the build is good and sturdy. i didnt think at any point that i was overhandling it or felt like i would bend it. the LED strip just snaps right in to the grooves. and as long as you follow the instructions on where to push the light in at each point it will be an easy install.the light itself is bright and colorful. you can choose between different light scenes using the remote attached to the cord or using the Neewer app. both work pretty well. you must connect the light to your phone to use the app (pretty easy to connect the light and get it all setup) otherwise the buttons on the light work fine. theres RGB options as well as plain colors. its dimmable so if its too bright you can turn it down.this is an awesome lamp to add to a corner to get the perfect lighting. it will respond to sound too so if your into that it makes for a good light to accent the tv. awesome light to add to the living room!!

I got this NEEWER NF04 RGB IC W Smart Floor Lamp and it’s a pretty cool idea. It’s a tall corner-style LED floor lamp with app control, Alexa/Google compatibility, music sync, and millions of color options. It puts out about 1000 lumens and has adjustable color temperature plus dimming.Things I like:Pretty cool idea overall — the customization and smart features are fun.Light is decently bright for accent/ambient use.Comes with different modes and effects.Has WiFi and works with the app plus voice assistants, which is a nice bonus.Good for decoration and setting the mood in a living room or bedroom.Things to look out for:Won’t light up a whole room like a normal lamp — it’s better as decorative/ambient lighting than primary illumination.Price is a bit high; it feels like it should be closer to the $45 range.not very tall either.

Decent floor lamp. As a floor lamp, this thing is great, it has a nice selectable temperature setting from warm orange to sterile white with everything in between. The app is decent and it connects to google and amazon without much fuss. Though not stated on the box, it connects to Apple home as well. Setting it up is quite easy, it just requires screwing in the plates along each segment and fitting in the flexible rubber RGB strip. I really like that the lamp is useable without the app and can be manually operated using the bottom button. That said, it's worth getting the Neewer app to access all of the other features and the physical button is rather limited in its capabilities. The only issue I have is that the multi color profiles are a bit lackluster. The transition between segments is quite harsh, it doesn't create a smooth transition between colors. This may be something that improves over time as it could just be a programming thing. This light features many of the profiles that most photography light bars have like lightning, heatbeat, flame flicker and many others but they aren't as snappy or realistic as the neewer videography light bars I have. I'm not a sports fan but some of the custom profiles for various teams are interesting and some are quite unique. I could see some fans really enjoying some of them; seems like they put a bit of effort to recreate team colors which i appreciate. All in all, this light does everything a floor lamp should do but if you're looking for a seamless RGB setup, there are better options.
