I've become more and more impressed with "knockoff" power tools, as I've found they fill niches that the major brands don't see the need to address. For example, cordless glue guns, impact gun train horns, and soldering irons. The quality usually is there, and as long as you take care and don't run down your batteries or abuse it, the tool usually delivers. For pumps like this, your options are the M12 brushed pump, a pricey brushless M18 pump, and for Makita, a power head pump attachment that is also pricey. I have Makita LXT batteries and bought a $15 adapter to use with the Milwaukee transfer pump (it's all I could get). It works great! It pumps water in seconds, and feels like a genuine tool. The stick part is very heavy duty and I think I could use it as a bat if I had to. The included hose and nozzles are nice too, and while the nozzle feels cheap, it's definitely an "optional" accessory that I probably won't even use, so no issues there for me. I plan on washing this out with fresh water after use to extend its lifespan...hopefully the parts like the impeller are universal, ironically usually they are with these knockoffs.

This cordless water pump has been a really handy tool to have around. The brushless motor provides plenty of power, and it moves water quickly for draining and transferring jobs. Being able to use a DeWalt 20V battery that I already have makes it especially convenient since I don’t need another dedicated charger or battery system.I like the detachable sectional tube because it makes it easier to adjust the pump for different water depths and tighter spaces. The inlet filter is also a useful feature for helping keep leaves and larger debris from getting into the pump.The built-in battery indicator is another nice touch. It lets me keep an eye on the remaining power instead of suddenly running out in the middle of a job. The pump is lightweight enough to carry around easily, and the included hose, quick-connect fittings, and adjustable spray nozzle add a lot of versatility.It’s useful for draining water, moving water between containers, watering plants, and other outdoor tasks. The setup is straightforward, and everything packs away nicely when not in use.

At first glance, this appears to be more of a toy than a serious tool. First appearances were wrong on this one. I used this to pump maybe three to four hundred gallons of water from the boat after a severe storm and a failed bilge pump. A perfect opportunity to test out the pump. Surprised to see the stream of water that this little pump can produce. The seller claims that it is capable of 720 GPH. I can believe this after estimating the amount of water removed and the approximate time it took.The hose supplied was kinked severely in the shipping box, and to date, it still shows the crimp where it was folded over on itself. This really restricts the water flow. As yet, I've been unable to permanently remove the kinks. Going to try a little heat and pressurize the hose slightly. Hoping this will work.The current price is $80 USD which sounds a little pricey, but having used it several times in a couple of different circumstances, I find its utility and quality worth the price. Highly recommended.

I got this stick water transfer pump to help drain some annoying low spots in my backyard that always flood after heavy rain. It is super convenient not having to drag a long power cord through the mud since this runs perfectly on my existing red brand 18v batteries. The motor pulls a ton of water really fast and it gets the puddles down to just a tiny fraction of an inch before the automatic shutoff kicks in. That sensor feature is a huge plus because it stops the motor from burning out if the water dries up while my back is turned. As far as the construction goes the plastic housing is thick and does not feel brittle at all. The extension tubes attach tightly without any annoying leaks and the included hose pieces feel like solid quality material rather than cheap throwaway plastic. I was really impressed by how smooth the motor sounds when it is running. The built in filter at the bottom does a great job keeping leaves and yard debris out of the impeller so I do not have to worry about clogs ruining the internal parts. Everything about the build quality feels incredibly durable and I suspect this pump will hold up to regular yard work for the long haul. Overall, this is a fantastic tool that brings great value and saves me a ton of manual labor.

This cordless water transfer pump is incredibly convenient, especially for emptying our stock tanks. Normally, you’re either bailing water out with a bucket or having to go find a pump, extension cord, and somewhere to plug everything in. With this, I can just grab a DeWalt 20V battery, pop it on, and get to work. So much easier!Setup is simple, and our DeWalt batteries fit with no problem. The pump has plenty of power, and with a 720 GPH rating, it moves water surprisingly fast for something this portable. The brushless motor is another feature I like because it should help with durability and long-term performance, especially with something that will get used regularly around our property.While emptying stock tanks was my main reason for ordering it, I can already see a lot of other uses for it. It would be handy for the pool, pond, garden, draining standing water, or anywhere else you need to transfer water and don’t necessarily have electricity nearby. The cordless design really makes this much more versatile than a traditional plug-in utility pump.Just keep in mind that this is the tool only, so you’ll need to already have a compatible DeWalt 20V battery. For us, that’s actually a plus because we already have the batteries and don’t need another charger taking up space.Overall, this is powerful, portable, easy to set up, and extremely convenient. It feels sturdy enough for regular outdoor use, and not being tied to an electrical outlet is probably my favorite feature. If you already use DeWalt 20V batteries, this is a very useful tool to have around and a good value for the money.

I have several compatible batteries already, including both OEM and third party batteries, so one of the first things I checked was whether they would work with this pump. Both types slid onto the tool without any issues and powered it up as expected. The pump is a good length for the types of jobs I need it for. It gives me enough reach to get where I need to without being unnecessarily long or awkward to handle. The pump itself works well and has performed as expected during the jobs I have used it for.I also like that the pump has a trigger lock. For shorter jobs this is not really necessary, but for anything that requires the pump to run for an extended period, being able to lock the trigger means I do not have to continuously hold it down. The pump was really easy to assemble. There is a small built in screen on the pump that provides some protection from larger debris. The instructions do recommend adding a finer screen if you are going to use the pump in water that may contain sand or other debris. I think that is good advice and something I would definitely follow depending on where the pump is being used. Keeping debris out of the pump should help prevent problems and extend its life.I already have a couple of other Dewalt battery powered tools from this company and have been happy with them, so I was comfortable giving this pump a try. It has met my expectations and fits nicely into the collection of cordless tools I already have.Overall, I am very happy with this pump. It works well, is a convenient length, accepts both my OEM and third party batteries, and the trigger lock is a useful feature for longer jobs. The built in screen is a nice start depending on the water being pumped. Based on my experience with this and the other tools I have from the company, I think this is a good value.

I've reviewed several tools from this company that work with DeWalt and other major battery platforms, and they continue to impress me. This is probably around the fifth one I've tried, and overall the quality here is consistent with my previous experiences. Assembly was a tiny bit of a pain, mostly getting everything situated correctly the first time, but nothing serious enough that I'd deduct much for it. Once assembled, everything worked exactly as it should. The pump itself feels solid, the included fittings and hoses give you plenty of flexibility, and I really like being able to simply pop in a DeWalt 20V battery and go.Where I would deduct something is the advertised flow rate. Their product images claim it can transfer 5 gallons in approximately 25 seconds, which works out to about one gallon every 5 seconds. In my testing, the best I could manage was closer to 10 seconds per gallon, and that was without adding any extra hose length that could potentially reduce the flow further. Maybe performance will improve somewhat after the first use, but based on my testing I would expect the real-world transfer rate to be closer to what I experienced rather than the advertised figure.That said, it still moves water at a perfectly useful rate and the cordless design makes it extremely convenient. I like the tool quite a bit, I just wish the advertised flow rate better reflected its actual performance. Also some of the plastic on plastic connections worry me here a bit, they seem to be the weak link but not so where I would deduct anything. I would rate this 5/5 for residential use, and perhaps 4/5 commercial.This company continues to produce some very impressive gear.
