As above. I like this item, that is if you keep your expectations modest. Here is why:The installation is straight forward. It requires running input and output hoses into the tankless heater that then feed into your hot water output. Wiring it obviously is a challenge as it's especially rare to have a 240 hard-wire option under your kitchen sink. I don't, so in order to test this, I had to run a water line from a hose and hook this up via my dryer plug. After fashioning a 240-volt male plug, it's off to the races.Here is what to consider. There is no question. If you are interested in this, you MUST BUY the HIGHEST GPM OPTION that you have enough amperage to power. Yes, this can and does heat water. However, it just doesn't produce enough IMHO for a hot water shower, especially if the INPUT TEMPERATURE IS LOW. This is a fundamental flaw with all tankless water heaters. It's just a matter of physics.All other functions can be controlled by WIFI and an app. It's super straightforward and can be used as a smart device.Beyond that, I highly recommend this brand. All the products I have had from them have been especially high quality and well-made. I do view this as a very good investment for the $. It's silent (obviously), and affords some benefit over a standing water heater in both terms of space consumption and potentially power usage. This is especially true if you live in the SOUTH were it's always hot and the water is already warm. The slow heat dissipation from a conventional water heater is eliminated.In short. This is a HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT. It is, however, NOT a good idea for MOST homes. If you do go this path, please be sure to buy the HIGHEST GPM OPTION, and be sure that you have the VOLTAGE and AMPERAGE to power it.Recommended!!

We installed the water heater 3 weeks ago and so far it has been working perfectly. The one thing that they don't tell you is that you really need to purchase a service/flushing kit as well for the installation.
