I bought a roll of 5356 AL wire locally and these tips fit the wire perfectly.They slide smoothly on the wire and so far I have not had any jams.The tips are well formed and the threading is also good.They fit the ArcCaptain MIG guns, and should fit any cheap 100L style MIG gun.

I bought an ARCCaptain MIG205MP with the spool gun just over a year ago in an effort to consolidate my tools and free up some space in the garage. But I also really wanted to start practicing welding aluminum and this welder lets you do that. While it does that basically right out of the box I did have a couple of instances where too much burn back boogered up the contact tip well beyond the realm of saving it. I later learned it’s common practice to up size your contact tip when welding aluminum. Since it’s also best practice to not mix and match steel and aluminum components I opted to order ARCCaptain aluminum contact tips and a matching graphene liner.I installed these in my spool gun and that couldn’t be much easier since its just a couple of wrist flicks and grabbing the old contact tip with some pliers then reversing the process with these new parts. So far they work perfectly and I’ve not had any burn back. While some of that certainly comes down to better experience and dialing in my settings better I don’t doubt having the right tip in my spool gun is helping me without even knowing it. Like all the ARCCaptain items I’ve ordered so far, this brand continues to impress me for the build quality and bang for the buck.

I have been using these tips with my Arccaptain mig welder and so far they are working better for aluminum than standard tips. I am seeing less sticking issues at the nozzle than when I used a standard nozzle, and I do not have to purchase oversized nozzles for the aluminum wire. These nozzles are working really well, and will definitely show there benefits as I get more experience with aluminum mig welding. You also get a lot of nozzles for a great price that I certainly couldn't match locally, so these seem like a great value! Overall, I would definitely suggest giving these nozzles a try!

I’ve been very happy with these contact tips for aluminum MIG welding. They fit my setup well and make feeding .035 inch aluminum wire smooth and consistent. I appreciate the widened inner opening because it helps reduce the sticking and jamming issues I’ve experienced with other tips. The copper construction feels solid, and the anti-spatter coating makes cleanup easier after longer welding sessions. Having 25 pieces in the pack is also convenient, so I have plenty of replacements ready when needed. These have performed reliably and are a great addition to my welding supplies. Definitely a worthwhile pack to keep on hand.

ARCCAPTAIN makes quality welding products and supplies. This isn't my first experience with their products. Quality guaranteed. These are pretty traditional MIG wire tips. The machining is good with easy thread engagement and secure seating. The .035 wire is in good contact with the tip while also moving smoothly through the aperture. All of the tips are consistent in size and in finish. Perfect everywhere. Not much more to write here other than these are a good value for a lot of tips from an outstanding company.

These ARCCAPTAIN .035" MIG welding contact tips are a very good value because these are more precisely made than most other contact tips so these fit better and the wire feeds more smoothly through these. These are also easier to install because the threads are very well machined so they thread on easier and smoother than other brands. I recently bought an ARCCAPTAIN MIG200 welder with aluminum spool gun so these tips work perfectly with that welder. I'm very impressed with the quality of all ARCCAPTAIN products I've used so far because they are just as high quality as the well known industry standard expensive other red logo brand but these cost way less so these are a much better value.
