They are light weight and comfortable. They are easy to install and you can't tell they are in from the outside. It solves the x hair look, and isn't any hotter than with out it. All around they work well, I haven't had them long enough to test durability or wash them yet. It doesn't seem like you have to wash them often though so I like them. If you are in the market for something like this it works well. Some hardhats like Lift brand come with something installed similar to this.
