I purchased this black shower set to install in our second bathroom this coming October, and straight out of the box, the quality and design are impressive.​What Stands Out:​Sturdy & Well-Made: Every piece feels solid and durable right out of the box, from the 10-inch square rainfall shower head to the mixer valve.​Spa-Like Body Jets: The four body massage spray jets are a fantastic feature. Having those targeted streams alongside the rainfall head and handheld sprayer will definitely turn a simple daily routine into a much more enjoyable experience.​Sleek Matte Black Look: The all-black finish looks gorgeous in person and is going to give the bathroom a complete upgrade once installed.​Even though we haven't hooked it up yet, the initial build quality, detailed instructions, and complete set of hardware make me very confident in this system. I'm really looking forward to getting it set up! I will update my review once I do.

I'm not quite at the point of installing this shower set in my bathroom remodel, but in preparation for that I've pulled everything out and read all instructions.First, the quality of this appears very good. Everything is metal except for the case of the valves. There may be some plastic washers or something inside the fixtures that I can't see but all exterior components are metal. The finish (I got brushed nickel) is uniform across the pieces and everything is pristine. The faucet set comes very well packaged with everything packed into foam to ensure no scratches or dents. Everything that is supposed to be in the set is, including some teflon tape for installation.The instructions are very clear and straightforward - anyone with some familiarity with plumbing should be able to handle this. To fully install this does take having your wall opened up to add pipes etc, unless you are replacing an existing full body system like this. So, this is really more for a remodel or new construction type situation as opposed to a quick DIY upgrade. However, there's not really anything stopping someone with a basic shower head from replacing just the showerhead and handle with the components from this set, although this is definitely more expensive than necessary if you're doing that.Anyway, everything about the appearance of this is modern and luxurious and I can't wait until my project is done :)
