This is such a fabulous idea for a product, that totally bypasses needing to put a J Loop in a sink. It works astoundingly well.The drain portion is large and well-made, and will last quite a while. The spring loaded stopper is well-made, and as long as you tighten it down well enough with the silicone rings, it will stop up the water in your sink very efficiently. It also looks quite Nice as it is oversized and shiny. So the usable portion of this is gorgeous and well-made.I had a bit of an issue with the lower portion that plugs into the drain pipe. I have 2 inch drain pipe And it just does not fit snug. There is a rubber portion under the cap piece that should facilitate this, but it is holy under useful as the rubber seal tore as soon as I tried to use it. It honestly was my fault as my pipe was cut a little jagged, but I think the rubber seal thickness needs to be improved. I bought an additional 2 inch pipe seal (drain base) and this seemed to solve the issue. The other issue I have is the quality of the accordion pipe. It’s like one of those kid play toys you get at the fair. I would not adjust this more than when just installing it, for fear that the plastic will lose integrity and crack. I definitely would not use this in an outdoor sink that was in full sun, as in: don’t put this thing in full sun long term: it will test it’s integrity. But even despite these faults, it does not leak whatsoever. So I have to give it props for that.Overall, this is a fantastic product for temporary use. Which is exactly what we are using it for. We installed it to be able to let the construction crew use a sink prior to the insulation on the house being completed.

I’m very impressed with this sink drain kit. The biggest advantage for me is the compact design, which saves a significant amount of space underneath the sink. The flexible drain pipe makes it much easier to work around different cabinet configurations without having to deal with a bulky traditional P-trap.Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward. The flexible hose made positioning everything simple, and I was able to install it by hand without needing a bunch of tools. The instructions were also easy to follow.I really like the water-seal design as well. It helps prevent unpleasant odors and backflow, and the removable bottom cover makes cleaning and maintenance much more convenient.The stainless steel drain feels sturdy and well made, and I appreciate that the kit works with sinks with or without an overflow. Overall, this is a well-designed, space-saving drain kit that is easy to install and practical for bathroom sink upgrades. Definitely a five-star product!

Our bathroom has a small vanity. The existing p trap drain only allowed room for a very small trash can to fit under the sink. I got this to make more room under the sink. It installed pretty easy and made room for a bigger trash can. I was pretty happy about the solution. I noticed the sink drained slower, but it was worth the trade off to have a trash can that could be emptied once a week. After about 3 weeks, the sink drained really slow. Turns out it was starting to clog - hair, shave cream, toothpaste. So this style drain clogs pretty easy. I’m going to switch back to the p trap drain. I guess having to empty the trash a couple times a week is better than unclogging a sink every few weeks.

I have always used different forms of drain systems in my house and must say that i do appreciate the design and ease of installation that this product gives. It was easy to install and does allow me to maneuver it in a way that will give me extra room under the sink. The clear upper trap works well and the material ( pvc) is better than the steel ones as there in no rust issues. I wouldn't recommend for kitchen if you don't have a garbage disposal because food can collect within the grooves. This is more for a bathroom sink. I will give it 5 stars for ease of installation, durability and look.

I have a sink in the basement that have gotten damaged and I needed to have it fixed but I didn't want to spend the money for a plumber to come and have to do it for me. I decided to try this and I'm glad I did. Super easy and efficient made well and practical. Easy to install and good quality. Simple and usage and overall function it's a great purchase especially when you're in a pinch.

I really like this low profile drain kit for a bathroom sink! Unlike other low profile kits I've seen, this one actually has a low profile p-trap, not just a flap door or check valve. So, this drain kit will work just like a normal p-trap, using water to prevent odors from from your septic tank or city sewer.I like that the p-trap is clear plastic and includes a removable cap at the bottom. This makes it easy to service if there are any clogs. You'll also will most likely be able to see and recover your wedding ring or other valuables if they happen to be accidentally dropped. The kit does include a safety cap, but you know how it goes. Sometimes small items can make it through anyway.The construction is sturdy and the mostly plastic material seems durable. It should be an easy install depending on location.I believe this is a very nice kit and a good value for the ease of use and price.
