This chandelier has a really nice mid-century look without going too far into something overly modern or strange. The eight smoky/grey glass globes give it a lot of character, and the 37-inch linear design makes it especially well suited over a dining table or kitchen island. I like that the globes aren’t all positioned exactly the same way, which gives the fixture more dimension once it’s hanging.The black frame is fairly simple, so the glass is really what gets your attention. With the right bulbs, the patterned globes throw off a nice warm effect instead of looking like eight bare bulbs hanging over the table. It’s definitely more of a statement fixture than basic lighting, but still neutral enough to work with several different styles.

I have a long dining room table and the chandelier we had just didn't look right with it. When I saw this Black Linear Chandelier I knew that I had found a chandelier that would work with such a long table. It is unique and modern, and the linear design works well. The gray glass globes with the black match the color scheme of the area. My husband said that installation was easy, although the instructions were extremely minimal. He said the hardest part was making sure the chandelier was lined up the way it needed to be. We did have to purchase G9 lightbulbs for the fixture, but that is to be expected. The chandelier also came with an extra glass globe in case of breakage, which is a nice feature. Because the globes are gray, the lights are not as bright as our old chandelier, but we have other lighting in the room so it isn't an issue, but might be something to keep in mind since there are different choices with this fixture and some are clear glass and not colored. If you are looking for a more unique light fixture and like the design of this one, I can definitely recommend purchasing it.

When I first saw the price I thought it was a little high, however after comparing other chandeliers I found that this is very reasonably priced. It's made of good quality, lightweight materials. It was easy to install for a friend who is good at doing electrical work. It has a very high end, futuristic look. I like the shape and color of the orbs. We have a dimmer switch where this went and it works well, allowing up to adjust the brightness as needed. It produces enough light to fill the whole room without being blinding. This is a very nice light fixture that would look great down a hallway, over a kitchen island, dining table. It has an adjustable height and it's very versatile with where you could use it, although given it's larger size I would suggest using it in more open spaces. I absolutely recommend.
