Great gloves, they earn the S-K branding.

[Size: X-Large, Color: Green&black]
These are excellent mechanic’s gloves that live up to the S-K Tools name. They provide protection where it matters without being overly bulky or sacrificing dexterity. The materials feel durable, and the stitching is clean and well done. The bright green color is also attractive and makes the gloves easy to spot among other tools and equipment. They fit true to size and are comfortable, with none of the awkward seams or pinching between the fingers that I’ve experienced with some other gloves. They’re also easy to clean and have held up well through a normal washing-machine cycle. The touchscreen fingertips work surprisingly well. I was able to navigate the capacitive touchscreen on my automotive scan tool without removing the gloves.Overall, these are a great option for anyone looking for a high-quality mechanic’s glove that offers solid protection while preserving comfort and dexterity. They are a quick and easy way to avoid injuries while still being able to work with your hands.

Excellent fit and function. High-performance mechanic's gloves.

[Size: Large, Color: Green&black]
These gloves run slightly small, making for a snug fit. They are light enough and flexible enough for that to work. That also keeps the fingertips in position for good control when using a touchscreen. These worked well with both my phone and my laptop. They fit comfortably and were easy to use. A couple parts of the gloves are made with what appears to be neoprene. Those parts wouldn't last as well, but the parts of the glove that need to be tough are made of much sturdier fabric, with anti-vibration padding and abrasion-resistant reinforcement at locations that take the heaviest wear. I hope that they will last long enough to help justify the higher price. The performance is already dialed in.

Great gloves, high price

[Size: Large, Color: Green&black]
I almost didn't order these since we get taxed on the value of the item and the price of these seems about double what it should be.They are great gloves in every way otherwise. I'm always a large in gloves and these fit me just about perfectly. They're comfy and easy to slip on. The closure is easy to use. They have good grip and are ergonomic.I docked a star for value since they cost so much. The only other gripe for me is I'd like a slightly shorter wrist so it fits better with my watch on. I often take my watch off when using nitrile gloves since that means I'm in some tight places but these gloves are a little heavier duty and I'd like to keep my watch on of I'm not squeezing into something greasy.

I've Got to Hand It to SK: Another Great Pair of Gloves

[Size: Large, Color: Green&black]
SK is a brand I heavily rely on and trust, and these versatile work gloves definitely continue that tradition. My only slight dig would be that they are just on the high side of what I'd normally want to pay for work gloves. However, once you put them to the test, you realize the features, design, and overall build quality are absolutely worth the money. So far, they’ve held up to all kinds of abuse out in the yard and in the garage without missing a beat. One of my favorite things is how comfortable they are. Even on the hottest days, my hands stay remarkably cool thanks to the breathable, form-fitting mesh on the back. They also feature a shock-absorbing padded palm that is leather, which really takes the edge off and reduces hand fatigue when you're working on demanding jobs. Plus, there is a soft terry cloth material on the back of the thumb to quickly wipe away sweat. I guess you could say these gloves really wipe the floor with the competition! The fit is incredibly secure with the adjustable hook-and-loop wrist closure, but the real game-changer is the technology integration. The 3-finger touchscreen capability on the thumb, index, and middle fingers actually works flawlessly. It is unbelievably handy to be able to operate my phone or tablet out in the garage without having to constantly take them off and put them back on. With the reinforced pull tab making them easy to hang up at the end of the day, these are a fantastic addition to any toolbox.

Nearly a perfect fit

[Size: Large, Color: Green&black]
To be sure about the size that I should get, measured my hand and sized it on their product page. It confirmed what I usually wear which is a large, measuring 8.5", the exact middle of that range. Putting them on was a little tight getting my hand in. Once I had them on, it was form fitting and just a little snug. It wasn't tight though and I could flex my hand and move it freely without binding anywhere. Even if you wear a large, if it comes in more than 8.5", you probably need the XL. If you're already at the XL midpoint, it may not fit you well if it follows the same pattern as the L.They're well made. They're comfortable and flex. The material breathes, and the palm has a textured surface. It's apparently PU. They say it's anti-slip, and I suppose it is, but it's not like rubber or silicon. It depends more on the texture than the material. They also have a nice, well made hook for hanging them. They seem nice and durable and so far are holding up fine. I like them.

Good looking and well-made Mechanics Gloves

[Size: X-Large, Color: Green&black]
Very well-made Mechanic Style Work Gloves, reinforced in high wear areas. I ordered extra-large because that's what size I usually wear mainly because of the wide with of my palm and across my knuckles and they fit perfect, but I don't have super long fingers so if you do that may be a problem but since I have owned many different brands of mechanic style gloves over the years I can say I don't find them to run any smaller than most of the XLs I have owned. Mechanic style gloves tend to be very form fitting and these are no exception they're made this way for maximum dexterity and compactness so you can still fit your hands in tight spaces while still offering some protection for your hands and these meet these requirements. These aren't really made for cold weather protection, but they should help keep you comfortable down to right around freezing. They don't have any plastic or rubber knuckle protection which is fine with me as those types of armor just tend to stiffen the gloves and make them bulkier (I have heavier Gloves if I need more protection). These are very pricey, but they just came out and SK tends to offer a lot of sales or discount coupons, so the street price is likely to drop more in line with other name brand gloves of this style. Overall the are very nice gloves and I really like them they look great and green is my favorite color so I like that and the large SK branding makes them look expensive which they are so don't leave them lying around or someone might walk off with them.

Runs small, outrageous pricing

[Size: X-Large, Color: Green&black]
I really like SK tools, but these gloves are a head-scratcher. For one, the price is insane. At the time of this review, they are $43. No, just no. These should be priced half that for a lightweight work glove. Also, the sizing is way off. I have medium/average sized hands, ordered the XL, and they are still tight. The quality is fine enough, and I will use them. However, based on the above issues I cannot recommend these gloves.

Very nice gloves for a premium price.Very nice gloves for a premium price.

[Size: X-Large, Color: Green&black, Size: X-Large, Color: Green&black]
These are some very premium feeling and comfortable gloves. These have an anti-vibration padding in the front which is fantastic for running impact guns or weedeaters. The main material is a ripstop type vinyl which is very durable and then they're reinforced with a nice thick padding and leathery material. I recently used these to successfully clear a patch of wild raspberries and they had enough puncture resistance to keep me from getting stabbed by the raspberry stems. I really appreciate that you're able to use touchscreen with these, as not a lot of mechanics gloves have that feature. The wrist features a nice velcro strap to secure the glove to your hand.I'm also just a really big fan of the green and black SK tools look. These are a lot less tacky looking than a lot of the other brands. The main issue with these is that they're just a terrible value at the listed price of over $40. These are fantastic gloves, but that's just too much money for what you get.UPDATE: Sizing on these is strange. I ordered a size XL originally and then later ordered a size L. The size L and XL looked and fit almost identically. Both sizes fit like a size L should fit. The size XL in the pictures is maybe a few millimeters larger, but the size L in the pictures was brand new while the size XL had been heavily used for 2 weeks and stretched out a bit. There has to be a mixup somewhere and they're sending out the same size gloves under XL and L. If you traditionally wear "medium" or "XL" gloves, these aren't going to fit right. I'm lucky enough that my hands are perfect for this size of glove. Also an update for durability. I wore these tearing out the rest of the raspberries from my property. It was about a half an acre overrun. Given the stress I put these through I would normally expect my gloves to be shot by this point and I'd be happy they made it through the task at all. These gloves still look pretty much brand new even after a few weeks of heavy use. I'm very impressed by their durability. The stitching is a little worn, but the overall gloves are still holding fast, nothing is wearing through. I'm very impressed by the durability of these gloves.
