Compact and surprisingly sturdy. I thought this little bedside lamp would be kind of light weight but the gold base, which is made of brass, has a little heft to it. The round brass gold base gives it a subtle vintage look without. Kind of gave me a 70's feel. The scalloped edge on the shade adds a nice touch of texture and character compared to standard flat shades. This lamp is ideal if you're tight on surface area or have a crowded desk or bedside setup. The cord is long enough to where I can have it plugged in and have the lamp placed where I want. Unfortunately I had to take off a star for not including a bulb. It may not seem like a big deal but it's a bit annoying going from expecting a bulb, to looking for one.

Very nice small desk lamp! The base is gold and looks great and so does the shade. Both are well made and was easy to put together. Comes packaged well but does have an order to it but should dissipate fairly quickly I would guess. Looks great on my desk and I like that the on/off switch is on the cord making it easier to use. For a small lamp it does shine brightly. Would recommend!

This lamp may be one of my favorite purchases. The gold tone is absolutely gorgeous the little lampshade, breathtaking it is very sturdy. I love it that you can change the settings with a remote control for the brightness. The appearance to me is vintage maybe because I have a vintage home, but this is very high-quality a great value and I would rep purchase this again 10 times.

This is such a cute, petite lamp! I love the size and style, and the gold finish looks much more luxurious than I expected. The lampshade is also nice quality, fits well, and doesn’t feel flimsy.My only disappointment is that I didn’t receive a lightbulb. Based on the instructions and product images, I was under the impression one would be included. Unfortunately, that means I can’t actually use the lamp until I get the correct bulb.Overall, it looks beautiful on my side table and feels like a quality piece. I just wish I could have plugged it in and used it right out of the box!
