this toilet seat has been really nice. It was easy to install and feels sturdy once it's tightened down without moving around or wobbling. I really like the slow-close feature because I don't have to worry about the lid slamming shut. The quick-release feature also makes it way easier to remove when it's time to clean around it. Overall I'm really happy with it, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a solid toilet seat that's comfortable and easy to keep clean.

I have a couple of these seats and love them. Installation is simple (instructions are provided that are clear) and requires only a Philips screwdriver. Takes about 5 minutes. The pieces are also well made and do not scratch. The fact that it magnetically attaches makes cleaning it super easy, as well as a replacement sometime in the future. The slow close feature is the best, meaning no more slamming (and cracking) toilet seats. This is plastic so lightweight and easy for any age. Absolutely love this!

The Topseat toilet seats are awesome. I slowly replaced all the seats on all my toilets with Topseats because they’re so great. They look expensive, feel sleek, and make cleaning SO much easier!My first one was the pricier Topseat Pro. It’s definitely great. But the Topseat Plus and Plus 2 — the more affordable version of the wood-based Pro — feel awesome too. And the magnetic quick release hinge is the same on all their seats.The only way I see a difference between the Pro and the Plus 2 is when I compare them side by side, which never happens in my home. The polypropylene material is lighter weight, but it otherwise looks just the same.

I chose this toilet seat because I liked the idea of the slow-close feature along with the quick-release design for easier cleaning. Installation was pretty straightforward, and I appreciate that the fit can be adjusted to get it positioned correctly on the toilet. Once installed, it feels secure and doesn’t shift around like some seats can.The slow-close works nicely and definitely eliminates the annoying toilet-seat slam. My favorite feature, though, is being able to quickly remove the seat for cleaning around the hinges—such a simple thing, but it makes a big difference. The plastic feels sturdy, the bumpers help keep everything stable, and overall this is a practical upgrade that does exactly what I hoped it would.

If you have never used a soft close toilet seat, you should give it a try. We close the seat and lid every time in our house, and it is such a convenience to just tip the lid and let the slow close mechanism do the rest. A luxury that once you try it, you won’t want to be without it.This was installed on a standard round bowl with an added bidet. Some seats do not work well with the additional thickness of the bidet mounting flange. This seat works without issue. There was enough adjustment in the seat mounting brackets to get the right angle for the seat to sit properly. The bolts were just long enough to get wing nuts threaded on. The wing nuts are two pieces, so be sure to install them with the nut facing down, otherwise they can pull out of the wing nut when you tighten them down.The seat and lid are constructed from a smooth and easy to clean plastic. It’s thick and feels strong. The magnetic quick release is a nice function for easy cleaning. The magnetic connection is very secure with no excess movement. The magnets are a bit too strong, as it takes a bit of force to remove the seat from the mounting base. It is not terribly difficult, but something to note that it will not pop off easily, but it also will not get dislodged easily either.Overall, a very good soft close toilet seat that is well constructed, easy to clean and has a good fit. It is a bit pricey compared to similar soft close seats, but it does have the magnetic quick removal feature. I highly recommend a soft closing seat as an upgrade to a standard seat, and if you want a quick release for ease of cleaning, this could work well for you.

I wanted to replace our older cheap plastic seats with nice soft close ones. The packaging was very nicely thought out and protected the seats and parts. This elongated model fit perfectly and the white matches very well to our porcelain toilet. Installation was easy; just followed the simple instructions. The magnetic fit, which is what allows you to remove the top for cleaning, is also a friction fit so you need to push firmly into place. What I like is that there is no creaking or side movement when you sit on the seat. The only time it made a slight noise was if I put my weight directly on the very front as I sat down. In that case the seat will flex down and touch the porcelain, but if you, as you normally would, put your hand more to the side, there is no sound. The soft close takes 10 to 12 seconds and applies to both the seat and topper. Great product.

This is my third Topseat toilet seat. As with my other Topseat toilet seats it is a very nice looking and sturdy seat with the neat feature of being able to lift the seat off for cleaning easily. The soft close feature works great.Installation was straightforward, especially if you have ever removed and installed a toilet seat before. Just be careful not to lose any parts when opening the bag since the washers can be hard to find if you drop them on the floor.The toilet seat is very stable and after nearly a year with the first two months I purchased, they hasn't moved at all, and I assume this one will be the same. The build quality is very good and the seat material is comfortable.Overall a very nice toilet seat that's a good alternative to ones you might find at a big box store, especially if you like to be able to thoroughly clean the toilet and the seat.

Say goodbye to the annoying slamming down of the toilet seat in the middle of the night with this quality made and very impressive toilet seat. The soft-close toilet seat feature is a must have for all toilets in my opinion. TOPSEAT'S unique quick-release magnetic mount design is stellar, so easy to install and to remove for quick and through cleaning. When installed, this seat uses powerful magnets to hold the seat in place. But for cleaning, simply tug upward on it and the whole seat will quickly be removed for super simple cleaning. No more missing the most important area that is usually so hard to clean where the seat installs to the toilet. When done cleaning, it goes right back on as quickly as it came off with no tools required. For $39, this may seem pricey for a toilet seat, but believe me, this one is truly worth the money without a doubt. It fits perfectly on our elongated toilet and has some minor adjustability (forward, backward, and side to side) available during the installation if needed to get it right where you want it. This is a quality-made, robust, durable, and comfortable toilet seat, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!
