These are way better quality than anything I’ve seen in a big box store. The metal is thick and sturdy, there’s a center plate welded on to prevent warping and twisting, and the paint is highly durable. The rubber end caps are a nice touch. They’re slightly textured and don’t come off easily. These hooks can be used for anything, since they have several different mounting possibilities. These are always great to have on hand, and I highly recommend these specifically.

At under $5 per hook, I think they're an excellent value.Construction is much better than I expected. The steel is thick and rigid, the welds are clean, the powder-coated finish is evenly applied, and the orange PVC coating is durable enough to protect whatever you're hanging. These hooks feel extremely strong and inspire confidence.Installation hardware is included, including drywall anchors and screws. Personally, I would not trust drywall anchors for heavy loads. If you're hanging Jeep doors or anything with significant weight, take the extra few minutes to locate a wall stud and mount them securely. These hooks are strong enough that the mounting method becomes the weak point.The hook opening is generously sized, making it easy to hang bulky items without fighting for clearance.While these are commonly sold as Jeep door hangers, they work equally well as general-purpose garage storage hooks. While these are advertised as door storage hanger brackets, I got them to use for some heavier garage tools. I love that they're rubber coated so it prevents scratching on any tools or the hooks themselves. This is also a feature I'd appreciate if I was hanging any vehicle doors off them. The construction of them is definitely heavier duty, and I have no doubt that they would be able to support vehicle doors. When it comes down to price, these are priced significantly lower than competitors. Many of those don't even come coated, which would concern me if I was hanging something painted like a vehicle door. When it comes to price for the stability, these appear to be a bargain. Just the weight of the box indicates you've got something of quality. I really appreciated that these came with the anchors and screws so I didn't have to track some down, or go out and buy some. This is a great solution for hanging anything in the garage!

These do seem to be strong enough to hold jeep doors, however they left grooves in the rubber of the doors (which I'm hoping will work their way out). They are a great price so I plan to use them to store other items in my garage.
