This 3 drawer heavy duty tool chest is pretty fun and looks great, but this one is more for hobby crafts, nail techs, salons, etc. First off I like that it’s powder coated, it really adds to the durability of the metal and gives it that rugged look. It’s a small tool chest, with easy to carry handles on both sides and top, and fits my small tools nicely for what I use it for. The drawers are a little finniky to open and close but if you close them slowly it’s no issue, and the right side latch has to be lined up just right to close. But once it’s latched, it’s very secure! Just make sure all drawers are pushed in fully before closing & locking the top.Overall, I like it for what I need it for. It’s rugged, secure, and it fits nicely in my vehicle for travel.

This is a really nice toolbox.It isn't the biggest but my husband gives it high marks. That's saying something too considering he prefers Craftsman almost exclusively.That's how we came to try this toolbox out actually. The hubby's birthday is in a couple weeks and he wanted a second Craftsman box exclusively for his sockets and socket wrenches.We found a dupe for the one he's gern using for years on Amazon. No surprise there since it's the classic Craftsman 3 drawer toolbox.We didn't buy it right away because we watched the price fluctuate a few times and figured we had time to catch the best deal we could. No sense in not being frugal, right?During the course this box popped up. It's just a bit smaller width wise but it evens out in depth and length.I was a little nervous about giving this box to him and when I did I stressed that it wasn't a replacement for his second craftsman box which he'll still be getting for his birthday. This was just something to try out.The first thing anyone will notice about this box is that it is HEAVY.It is extremely well constructed and had a beautiful matte black powder coat finish.The box has a ton of space too.The top well is perfect for sockets and the drawers below are the right size to hold nearly any kind of handheld tool.This toolbox might not have the classic red and black coloring we've come to associate with quality and high performance but it is still a good looking box that has thoroughly surprised us.It is a solidly built toolbox made from heavy duty steel with a gorgeous powder coat finish.It has plenty of space to keep the most essential items handy in a more easily portable box.It isn't a Craftsman, obviously but it can certainly give Craftsman a run for their money.10 out of 10.We absolutely recommend.

Very compact
This little tool chest is great for your smaller tools, a knife collection, precision bits and driver's, RC car builders parts, etc. Perfect for the hobby area. Built just as good as the big boys. Great way to organize items and it's lockable.
The first box we ordered arrived dented on the top where the handle sits and the locking buckles bent. We sent it back for a replacement. The second one we received still was dented where the handle sits and although not as severe, the buckles were still bent. The drawers are flimsy and don't pull out or slide in very nicely - the locking mechanism that keeps the drawers locked in place is too stiff. The color is also flat navy blue - not glossy bright blue like the photo indicates. For a few extra dollars, you can purchase a much better quality box. Would not recommend.
