Cleared up a lot of garage floor space

[Set name: 2 PACK]
Got these for our garage slatwall to get the ladder and a couple of folding chairs off the floor. Steel feels heavy-duty enough for the ladder's weight, and they slide into the slatwall track securely without any wiggle.

Great for getting ladders up off the floor

[Set name: 2 PACK]
These are a nice sturdy way to store a step stool or ladder. I have one in my utility room and one in my garage, and they let me keep both up off the floor while still having them somewhere I can easily reach them. It’s especially handy in the utility room, where I don’t really want a step stool taking up floor space or leaning against something.

Finally Got My Step Ladders Off the Floor

[Set name: 2 PACK]
I use a slatwall system throughout my workshop, but my step ladders have always been one of those things that just end up leaned against a wall somewhere. These hooks solved that problem nicely. They’re well made from good, thick steel and feel plenty strong for the job. The powder coating is also nicely done and gives them a clean, finished appearance that fits right in with the rest of my shop organization. They fit the slatwall well and make it easy to get the ladders up off the floor while still keeping them readily accessible when I need them.Simple product, but a very useful addition to my workshop. Strong, well made, and does exactly what I wanted. Five stars.

Well-made, versatile ladder storage

[Set name: 2 PACK]
These ladder hooks are a great addition to any garage or shop. They are well-made, with an installation process that is straightforward and simple. I was even able to modify one of the hooks slightly to make it compatible with a non-slatwall installation by simply cutting off the back "L" shape from the upper portion of the hook and drilling two new mounting holes, so the versatility of this product is pretty good. The shape of the hook should make it work with most ladder types (when mounted in a vertical orientation) as long as it's not too heavy. Any fiberglass ladder will be more than fine, but some of the larger "little giant" style of multiladders may be a bit heavier than this hook is designed to hold. For example, my 22' multiladder is just a bit more weight than I'd want to put on my slatwall, but in other mounting situations (i.e., screwed directly to plywood), it'd probably be OK.All in all, this is a worthwhile product, worthy of any home or shop owner's consideration.

Good brackets, a bit priceyGood brackets, a bit pricey

[Set name: 2 PACK, Set name: 2 PACK]
The brackets are well made of powder coated .080 inch thick steel. That's roughly 14 gauge so they aren't flimsy. They'll hold a good bit of weight and will easily hold ladders or wheelbarrows. The kit comes with drywall screws and plastic anchors. The anchors will work when used in concrete but if mounted on drywall the brackets should be fastened to studs or if possible a piece of blocking between a pair of studs.I was going to build a pair of wooden brackets to store an auxiliary T track table that I made for my woodworking bench, but this was a simple solution that's worked out well. I attached them directly to the table frame using the supplied screws.IMHO they're a little expensive, but they did the job.

Sturdy Enough for an Articulating LadderSturdy Enough for an Articulating Ladder

[Set name: 2 PACK, Set name: 2 PACK]
These hooks feel very solid and make good use of a slatwall system for getting bulky items off the garage floor. The hook itself isn't particularly deep, so I wasn't sure whether it would work with my articulating extendable ladder. Fortunately, I was able to hang the ladder securely by one of its rungs, and the heavy steel hook handles the weight without any problem. Installation is as simple as sliding the hook into the slatwall, and the coating helps protect whatever you're hanging. I do wish the hook extended out a little farther for larger items, but for my ladder it gets the job done and frees up some valuable floor space.

Solid, Well Made

[Set name: 2 PACK]
Made of a single piece of steel, these "Truxwal Slatwall Ladder Hooks, Heavy Duty Steel Ladder Hangers for Garage Slat Wall System, Storage Hooks for Ladders, Chairs & Tools, Garage Organization - 2 Pack" are seriously heavy duty. They are merely pressed into shape, no joins, so no weak points. They feel strong and durable, were super easy to install, and hold my ladders easily. I was interested to read in the listing that they're also good for folding chairs and I have four... so: test time! And yes, they would hold one folding chair if I put it right side up, or two if I put them on upside down. I think my folding chairs are bulkier than normal household chairs as I bought some closing down office style padded ones. These are solid hooks and seem to be well made.
