Not Enough Features for the Price.

[Color: Green Witch]
The projector light works great. We tried it out in the house this morning when it was still pretty dark out. Th image was clear. The color was bright. It was also really easy to set up.The reason I’m docking stars is because I ordered another one online for only about $6 more that had 11 other images (you swap out slides), motion, AND a remote control to change colors, set up a timer, etc. You can also change the type of motion the image uses. Unfortunately, that kind of made this projector kind of pale in comparison to the other one.So I’m not sure I’d recommend it when you can get something with 11 more images and a ton more features for about six more dollars.

Fun Halloween Decoration

[Color: Red Ghost]
This ghost projector is a really cool Halloween decoration. The 3D ghost effect gives the area a spooky look, especially when projected onto a wall, window, or garage door at night. I like that it’s something different from the usual lights and decorations, and the red effect makes it stand out. It’s a fun way to add some Halloween atmosphere without taking up a lot of space. Looking forward to using it for Halloween this year!

The Darker Scene Works Best When I Let the Wall Stay Dark Around It

[Color: Red Ghost]
This projector did not look its best when I surrounded it with other Halloween lights. The scene has a darker, more dramatic character, and competing orange strings or a bright patio lamp washed out the details. Once I gave it one plain wall and turned off the nearest white light, the picture became the focal point. It works as a single strong effect rather than one more item in a crowded display.I chose one darker scene and treated it as the complete display instead of cycling through effects all evening. That made the setup feel deliberate and gave me a consistent picture to size. I brought the projector closer until the image fit the available wall, then used small focus changes to sharpen it. I checked from the main viewing angle rather than standing beside the unit. The selected scene read clearly from normal seating and remained inside the section of wall I intended to use.Ambient light was the largest factor. With the nearby fixture on, the brightest parts remained visible but the darker sections lost their depth. Turning that light off improved contrast more than trying to make the projector fight it. I also kept the wall around the scene fairly empty. A dark moving image already has enough detail, and extra decor around the edges made the whole display look busy instead of eerie. The unit sits away from the normal walking path, close to the planter side where a chair leg cannot hit it. That location also keeps the cord along the edge instead of crossing the patio. Every powered component used outdoors, including the projector, supply, cord, and any extension connection, needs the appropriate outdoor or wet-location rating. I use a GFCI or RCD protected outdoor receptacle and keep the plug connection inside a proper in-use weather enclosure. A raised plug and drip loop can supplement that protection, but they do not make an exposed connection weatherproof. For rain or strong wind, the projector comes inside.A simple timer completes the setup and is part of the effect, not just a convenience. I run the chosen scene during a defined part of the evening, then let the patio go dark later at night. I checked the shutoff over several ordinary evenings and would recheck the schedule after any power interruption or control change. That keeps the display courteous in an apartment setting and prevents a moving light from running toward neighboring windows until morning. This is the projector I would choose for selected nights close to Halloween, not the one I would run for the entire month. The darker scene feels more deliberate when it appears against an otherwise quiet patio. Earlier in October, I use lighter or more playful decor. Closer to the holiday, this changes the mood without requiring new physical props or another storage tote.I made a short scene-and-schedule note instead of improvising every evening. It records the darker effect I prefer, which nearby light stays off, when the timer begins, and when the display should end. A quick look at that note lets me reproduce the intended mood without cycling through every option again. It also makes any unexpected late operation obvious, because I know what the normal schedule is supposed to be. Consistency is what makes this projector feel like a planned Halloween feature instead of a gadget being tested nightly.Once I treated the scene and timer as one arrangement, the image became clear and dramatic. A darkened surrounding area, a restrained effect, and a controlled schedule bring out what makes this projector different from the more playful models. One strong scene shown for the right part of the evening creates more atmosphere than several smaller effects competing for attention. That darker, focused look is exactly why I chose this one.

I'm Not Impressed With The Quality Of This Projector Light

[Color: White Bride]
I got this HoneyFair Halloween Projector Light for Outdoor because I have a huge display this year with many different projections, but I didn't have a bride.I definitely had higher expectations for this projector. The quality is not that great and it looks nothing like the advertised picture. It is somewhat blurry and the movement is just off.For the price, I do think there are better options out there. I wouldn't recommend this one.

Nice simple projector to light up your house for HalloweenNice simple projector to light up your ...

[Color: Red Ghost, Color: Red Ghost]
This year I planned on projecting an image on the back of my house for Halloween but I had a small space for it to be seen from the road, this works perfectly! What’s pretty cool is that the picture moves as if floating in a slight breeze, I love that effect!! The color is a deep red that’s more intense the closer/smaller it’s set to its background. The quality of the projector and mounting systems are pretty good though I have to admit I expected it to be bigger for the price since it only comes with a single image and color choice.I’ll be sure to check the weather for rain or snow before setting it up outside though I’m not concerned about the possibility of dew if left to run all night.Overall this is a pretty good unit but I’d wait until it’s on sale.

Awesome Halloween Projector That Looks Great at Night

[Color: Red Ghost]
This Halloween projector light is such a fun addition to outdoor decorations! The ghost projection looks really cool and creates a spooky effect that stands out at night. Setup was quick and easy, and the waterproof design makes it convenient for outdoor use. I like that it can be aimed at a window, garage door, wall, or other surface to create a different look depending on where you place it. The red ghost effect is especially creepy and perfect for Halloween. A simple way to make your Halloween decorations much more impressive without a lot of work.

Super easy to use and a cool projected image!Super easy to use and a cool projected image!

[Color: Green Skull, Color: Green Skull]
This little indoor/outdoor projection lamp really surprised me! I was dubious about its functionality before I ordered it, but I love Halloween and wanted some outdoor decorations for handing out candy this season. It arrived in a small box, packed well and in great condition. There are two options for mounting/placement, including a flat stand and a yard stake. For the purposes of testing, I placed the projecting mechanism into the flat stand and put it on my deck, but it would be simple to screw it into the yard stake, stick it in the ground and project it from my front or back yard.I want to mention that the photos I took were taken during a light rain. The lamp fares well in outdoor weather, so that's great! It also has an automatic timer allowing you to shine it for 6 hours, then automatically off for 18 hours, then it will turn on again after that period of time. This is convenient and allows us to leave the lamp placed in the yard and not have to turn it on and off every evening. As you can see, the image projected onto any surface looks great! It has an ethereal quality that makes it sort of wave and move. You cannot see that in the photos, but take my word for it - - it looks pretty cool! Ideally, I will move it farther away from my surface so that it looks larger, but for the purposes of taking a photo, i projected it fairly tightly onto the space about 6 ft away. As you can see, the images look great and the color is fantastic! You really have to see it in motion to understand how great it is, but it really is a great lamp!I highly recommend this affordable projection lamp if you enjoy spooky scenes for halloween. I really want to get the bride ghost now!
