​We recently bought a new home and have been in the middle of remodeling. Our under-deck patio previously had no lights or fan, so we decided to purchase this one and had our contractor install it. Since our contractor handled the installation, I can't speak directly to that process, but I could not be happier with the overall performance and look!​It looks fantastic and added the perfect touch to our space. As for airflow, you can easily feel a nice breeze even when sitting 5 to 10 feet away. There is a slight noise if you turn it up past speed level 4, but since it’s installed outdoors, it’s hardly noticeable at all.Highly recommend!
