Excellent Value For Quality Diamond BladesExcellent Value For Quality Diamond Blades

[Color: Silver Blue, Color: Silver Blue]
I am a contractor and I design and construct custom residential hardscape projects. We specialize in custom wood and rock work like outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, decks and BBQ's. This involves a lot of cutting of masonry materials with angle grinders and we use a lot of diamond blades. My crew and I use grinders to cut, grind and profile many different hard materials. These TAVIRE diamond blades are solid and well made for a continuous rim blades. I have used these blades to make clean cuts in artificial stone, precast concrete and flagstone. These blades are the best for cutting detail work in prefabricated concrete and cultured stone products. The price for good quality diamond blades is crazy expensive, so I am happy to have more options for affordable and durable blades that we use every day. These blades are as good as the makita and diablo blades I have been buying and are a smoking great deal at $17 for three. These 4-1/2 Inch Diamond Saw Blades for Angle Grinder are a great vale at $14 for four blades. The unique rim and diamond matrix should help them last longer in the field.

A great long-lasting blade for cutting tileA great long-lasting blade for cutting tile

[Color: Silver Blue, Color: Silver Blue]
Cutting tile quickly dulls conventional blades resulting in chipped or broken tiles. These diamond blades last longer and cut cleaner than the conventional blades I have used. If you are getting paid by the job, the time savings in not having to change blades as often makes them a great value for the money. They also reduce wasted material by lasting longer before chipping or breaking tiles. The standard 4.5 inch blades come with two adaptors to fit most common size arbors. I used them for wet-cutting, as recommended, but the can be used dry for short periods of time but must be closely monitored for overheating. This is convenient for when you need to cut a tile that is already mounted. I use a chef's instant-read thermometer every 10-15 seconds of cutting, touching the tip to the blade to check the temperature and try to keep it under 250 degrees.

Blade quality on par with whats sold in major brand stores - LOVE the 3 per packageBlade quality ...

[Color: Silver Blue, Color: Silver Blue]
Mine arrived with the box packaging beaten up and another barcode sticker was placed on top of another barcode sticker - it just gave me resold vibes like pretty solid. See my pics. I would not buy this item again due to this.Overall the blades are very well packaged and seem like they would work well. I am going to be using these in about a month for a concrete block walkway project. The blades seem to be equal in cutting edge quality to ones I buy in the big box stores. Other than the odd way my blades showed up, I'd cautiously recommend this product to others. I also like that the blades came with two rings to help fit the arbor of a multitude of angle grinders. That's very useful.

Very good blades for the price. Cuts ceramic tile with easeVery good blades for the price. Cuts...

I picked up these blades for my grinder for masonry work and working with tile. I like that the rim is continuous, but the cheeks of the blades have thin segments. The kerf it a bit wider than other diamond blades, but for masonry work, it is just the right amount of aggressive to make clean cuts quickly. The blades came well packed in a nice box and each blade was both wrapped in a paper sleeve and plastic wrap. Each blade came with adapter rings, but I do not need them on any of my grinders. I like the packaging. I can keep unused blades in good shape on the shelf or in the van without the diamond scratching anything.I found that when cutting through tile, the cut was very fast and the edges left were nice and clean. The cheeks of the blades can be used for contouring or knocking down the corners of a cut. This blade works well dry, but it also work very well wet.For the price, these blades are a great value. Basically they are just over $5 each which is very good. The diamond should last a very long time, so that cost will do a lot of work. Excellent value.

Clean cut, and durableClean cut, and durable

[Color: Silver Blue, Color: Silver Blue]
I've used these diamond blades for cutting tile and other masonry materials, and they've performed well for the jobs I've needed them for. The cuts have been smooth and controlled, with noticeably less chipping along the edges than I expected.I also like that the set includes three blades along with the reduction rings, making them useful with different tools. I've used them both dry and with water, and the wet cutting helped keep the blade running cooler while producing a cleaner cut.Overall, these have been a solid set of blades for tile and masonry work. They feel durable, cut aggressively without excessive vibration, and the 4.5-inch size makes them convenient for smaller projects where a larger blade isn't necessary. They are definitely a good value for the money.

Perfect fit on my angle grinderPerfect fit on my angle grinder

[Color: Silver Blue, Color: Silver Blue]
These diamond saw blades are very useful for work around houses. They are a good size for cutting tile but also for access into stucco walls. For cutting concrete, they are good for smaller details. If you can keep some moisture on the surface, it will reduce the dust and increase the lifespan of the blade. I have found that these type of blades last a very long time, even if you run dry sometimes. These come from a company in Germany. They don’t actually state where they are made though. I don’t expect to have any problems with the use of these. They also come with bushings for arbors that are smaller.

These diamond saw blades fit my angle grinder perfectly. I use a 5/8-inch arbor, and I had absolutely no trouble getting them installed and running properly. As for the blades themselves, I think they offer a terrific cost-to-benefit ratio. I used them to cut ceramic tile without water, and they did a fantastic job. One particular advantage I noticed during my use was how cleanly they handled the edges. If I took my time and didn't get overly aggressive near an edge, I experienced no obvious flaking or chipping that would leave me trying to hide the mistake with grout.I find these blades most useful for smaller cuts and detail work rather than long cuts where maintaining a perfectly straight line is critical. For the type of tile work I used them for, they performed very well and gave me exactly what I was looking for.For the price and the performance I've experienced, I'm very happy with these blades and consider them a good value because of their durability.I sure hope you found this helpful with a 👍
