This is an awesome countertop water filtration dispenser system! There is a lot of thought put into the design of this device. I love that it is certified for filtrations and performing exactly how it advertises it does. That way you don’t have to worry about things that you can’t perceive just by drinking the water. It is easy to use outside of the initial flush, but honestly its not that hard and they made a video to assist people along with the instructions. I also love that it has a lock and red led light with the hot water dispenser. I have small kids who are busy and get into everything. This feature is peace of mind for my small people who are button happy. If you are a creature of habit who likes certain settings at different times of the day the settings and favorite feature is great because it stores all your favorite settings so that you can just quickly navigate to your temperature and volume setting, saving you valuable time. The reserve tank holds right at about 1.24 gallons which is a good size. It heats up and cools the water very quickly. They have a great looking Amazon Store and sell extra filters there. That is a big deal because some of the other types of products are not supported on the seller’s Amazon stores. The touch controls work great and overall, it is just an attractive looking machine. I think on sale it is definitely worth the cost for a great filtration and hot/cold water dispenser.

It's a bit pricey but I'd still consider it a 'budget' item, though stretching on the upper end of it.7‑stage RO + LED/UV purification stack and is third‑party tested against NSF/ANSI 372/42/58, with claimed 99.99% reduction of TDS, PFAS, heavy metals, chlorine, and fluoride is the same standard tier you see on more established under‑sink systems. The 3:1 pure‑to‑drain ratio is significantly more water‑efficient than typical RO (often 1:3 or worse), and the 528‑gallon filter rating plus 100 GPD production means one $70-ish cartridge should comfortably cover a year for a small household (assuming you are not using it for every cooking task).No installation, a 4.7 L feed tank, a removable 1.2 L pitcher, six preset temps from 59-203 degrees Fahrenheit and one‑touch volume presets/favorite mode so it doubles as both a kettle and chiller for coffee, tea, and baby bottles.The only downsides I see is you having to reserve a good chunk of counter space for it, periodically flushing the system, RO water is very low in minerals unless you add a remineralization stage (your body gets minerals primarily from food, not water anyway).If you want high‑quality filtration plus instant hot/cold without touching your plumbing this is a strong option to consider.

UPDATESo I got the replacement and the water is wonderful and I am very happy and I can put both my pitchers in the refrigerator and I can also have different sizes available to drink if I just put my glass in the area to dispense water.Since since my cabinets are low, I have to turn it sideways to get the water that you fill with tapwater thank goodness you don’t have to use distilled water. That is a definite plus, to put back in the back of the tank and it is unbelievable how good it taste plus my cat loves the water! Thank you for sending me a replacement and my cat and I are very happy:::: I would have to say that yes it is fantastic water however, when you’re having to fill that water tank and there is more than 2 cups left every time I refill it it doesn’t completely go down so that the tank is empty and it won’t let you get any water even though there’s 2 cups left.
