Getting a concealed door perfectly aligned on the first attempt requires a level of carpentry talent I apparently do not possess, so being able to fine-tune the position afterward is extremely helpful.Installation does require more planning than screwing on an ordinary surface-mounted hinge. You need to measure carefully and cut the recesses accurately. These are adjustable hinges, not adjustable mistakes. But once they're installed correctly, the finished result looks extremely clean.
