This dryer vent hose worked well for replacing the old duct on my dryer. The 16-foot length gives plenty of room to work with, and the flexible aluminum construction makes it much easier to route through a tight laundry space.The 4" diameter fit my dryer and existing vent connections properly. The included clamps are also convenient since you have what you need to secure both ends without having to buy additional hardware.The hose is flexible enough to work around obstacles without being overly difficult to handle. Just be careful during installation because the aluminum can be damaged if you're too aggressive with it.Overall, this is a good replacement dryer vent hose that was easy to install and gave me plenty of length for my setup. I requested this dryer hose to replace the former that was not insulated and most likely was the issue with things not drying on just a single run. I'm really pleased with the PVC coating that protects the hose and the adherence of the aluminum on the interior (pic 3).This came with the 2 ratchet clamps necessary for the replacement and fit snug (pic 1). The instructions were super easy to read and I had this done solo within 30 minutes. That time includes removing the older almost paper-like hose. I looked the old one over, and found a bunch of bite marks from mice and a big tear that looked like a slice. This new hose obviously won't be throwing off heat like the former. This had enough length to reach up and over to the vent port and then some, so I'm glad I ordered the length I did. I apparently only needed half. I guess now I have a back up one for the future, so yay!For the materials and composition, along with the free movement and ease of install, I'd say the cost the listing is at, is completely worth the investment. Save on your bills, make sure no lint fires start, and your clothes dry in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with this product and will be recommending it to friends when the subject comes up.

Well built, sturdy PVC, Aluminum Foil and steel coil 6 inch Flexible Duct. It feels thick and strong, yet very flexible. It’s packaged in plastic shrink wrap (to stay compressed) and comes with instructions.I did a test connecting it to one of the connections it’ll be connected to in the attic for my bathroom ducting. I like 6” ducts for better airflow in my bathroom venting. The picture shows the duct fits snuggly onto the connection (I forgot to slide over the hose clamp for the picture).The included hose clamps will work perfectly. I really like that the clamps have a finger grip to twist rather than needing a screwdriver or nut driver.An excellent value at ~$24 for this 6” x 25 feet duct! Highly recommend.

I really hoped I could use this dryer hose but I didn’t know that there are two sizes for the diameter which is 4 inch or 6 inch. Long story short.. I needed the 4 and got the 6. Since I can’t review how it does I can tell you that it really nice quality, it was sturdy and not at all flimsy like some are. It comes with two hose clamps for attaching the hose to the dryer and the vent. I would say that just from looking at it I would definitely recommend this product, I am ordering another one In the correct size.

This Josmimic four-inch dryer vent hose has harnessed some technology that makes it quite a step up from the old-fashioned aluminum flex hose that have been used for decades. This looks and feels different because it is! From the flexible ribbed PVC shell to the almost chrome like finished aluminum core pipe that limits kinks and resistance to allow lint to slide right on through, this versatile vent hose is premium!I ordered the 16-foot version to replace our range and bath exhaust, but more importantly my old dinged up dryer vent hose as shown in the photos, but it’s really bad where the dryer exhaust connection is. Twice a year I remove the hose to blow out a significant amount of thick lint that has reduced the inner diameter of the hose by probably one third. For this task I take it outdoors and use my hand-held leaf blower that actually removes about 95% of it, then finish with a brush. I hope that this new hose extends that chore from a biannual endeavor into an annual one, and I do believe it will!
