Drywall Sander with Vacuum

This electric drywall sander by bsdonte is definitely an upgrade from a manual pole sander if your budget allows for it. We have other electric sanders we’ve used for drywall repairs in our rentals and while they do the job, they don’t have a light or any type of vac system. This vac system may not be perfect but it is definitely better than none. The biggest pro for this sander is the ability to use it on the ceiling easily. The extension pole allows our different heights to adjust and use this tool with our feet still on the floor. And the light is a huge bonus. For us it’s an economical means to work smarter not harder. Glad to add this sander to our tool collection.

This drywall sander does an excellent job at sanding. It’s efficient, easy to use, and produces a smooth finish, making it a great tool for the job. However, the dust control system leaves something to be desired. While it captures some dust, a noticeable amount still escapes, so be prepared for extra cleanup or consider pairing it with a stronger vacuum. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're prioritizing performance over dust containment, I saved a bunch of time sanding 600sq ft of drywall/mud.

I recently used this drywall sander for a home improvement project, and it worked out well. The powerful motor and adjustable speed settings allowed us to tailor the sanding to what we needed. The extendable handle was a good feature, making it easier to work at different heights... The LED light strip was useful for better visibility in darker areas, but can be accidentally turned on if the sander tilts too much. While the sander is a bit bulky and heavy with extended use, its overall performance and efficiency really helped speed up the process. For the price, it’s a good tool that saved me a lot of time and effort...

I was so excited to try this and I am glad I did. While it lacks directions that are thorough I watched a youtube video on it and that was super helpful.Overall it does work and love that you get much less dusk than you would if you were just sanding.2 Year warranty is nice but haven't need it.Love that it has a removeable edge to tackle corners and hard to reach areas.Has a 1250W 11.5A brass motor that works well for sanding. It comes with 2 types of sanding paper but you can order any ones you want.Love the extendable handle too.Overall this was worth it just be sure to watch a youtube on it before you give it a go!

I tried it on a boat bottom. It quickly sanded the soft paint, but not the hard barrier coat or blisters. The pad is very soft, so even if you press hard, it doesn't apply enough pressure for heavy removal. It would be great for smoothing drywall (as designed). If you replace the soft pad with a hard pad it might do better for heavy removal.It has a rotary motion, not random orbit. It seems to have plenty of power. The dust collection is very good when you use a canister vacuum (I didn't try it without one). The light is a nice feature, it casts about a 2" shadow so you need to move back and fourth a lot to see the progress.The overall quality is low to mid. Good for DIY users who want to sand it smooth, and save & money.

I’ve been a painter for forty years and have done a lot is spackling.ive always hired a professional for bigger jobs for better quality work . After watching them I’ve learned I spackle pretty much the same but the difference for a quality job is how they finish with a sander. This tool gives professional results has a great light on it to see every defect and also a bag to catch most of the Sheetrock dust. Instead of hand sanding and wet sponging I can save a lot of time with better results. Tools has worked great ,extends saves me a lot of time comes with sandpaper that easy to replace. Soo glad to have this
