Handy right angle assembly clamps for wood working and cabinet assembly. Made of anodized aluminum these corner clamps are high quality and won't flex like the cheaper plastic versions. Excellent value, the set has four large right angle clamps and four small right angle clamps with the appropriate accessories/fixtures, all in hard plastic storage case that has foam cutouts to safely store these precision clamping tools. The right angle clamps are also laser etched with metric and imperial measurements that you can use to measure layouts on what you're working on. Whether you're custom building or just assembling flat packed furniture from the big box stores, these corner clamps act as a second set of hands and ensures everything that needs to be square is square.

Accurate and heavy duty, but the clamping mechanism takes patience

[Color: Red, Size: 8pcs]
During my first inspection of these clamps, the aluminum positioning squares in this set have a reassuring weight and feel incredibly durable for regular workshop use. Handling the metal tools gives you immediate confidence in their longevity and structural integrity. However, the included plastic storage box feels somewhat flimsy in comparison to the heavy duty squares it houses. While it successfully keeps all the hardware organized on the shelf, the case itself might not survive a hard drop onto a concrete garage floorPutting these clamps to work on cabinet and drawer assemblies proves their core functionality is rock solid. They hold adjoining pieces at a true 90 degree angle exceptionally well, offering excellent holding power once everything is fully secured. The trade off is that aligning the L-hooks through the holes and spinning the threaded knobs can be a bit tedious, especially when you are racing against the clock during a fast paced glue up. Additionally, you should be mindful when working with softer materials like pine, as the rigid metal edges of the squares can occasionally leave minor dents if you crank the hardware down too tightly.Despite those minor hardware quirks, this 8-piece bundle is a very solid value for DIY woodworkers. Having both 5.5 inch and 3.14 inch sizes on hand saves a massive amount of frustration when trying to balance and assemble casework solo. It serves as a highly effective, budget friendly alternative to premium brand clamps, making it a worthy addition to any garage addition to any home workshop.

Not as easy as the video shows it

This product is not as easy as the videos make it seem. I seem to need an extra set of hands just to get them attached.

Quality set of clamps!Quality set of clamps!

[Color: Red, Size: 8pcs, Color: Red, Size: 8pcs]
I was building a shaker style fireplace surround and ordered the Jiuzhoudeal 40pc Corner Clamp set to hold parts at 90 degrees while utilizing pocket hole joinery.I used the clamps extensively for the project and am impressed with the quality of the set. The aluminum angles are accurate and hold parts at 90 degrees. One feature of the squares that I really liked, for my project, is that the clamp force can be applied to the side of the frames instead of clamping against the face of the frames. The set came in a nice storage case to keep everything neatly organized and contains 4 long positioning squares and 4 short squares and all needed pieces to use 4 squares at the same time. The ability to use the squares for both inside and outside corners adds great value to this set.I utilized the engraved measurements on the squares to accurately set the position for connecting the header of the surround to the legs while keeping everything square for assembly. The Jiuzhoudeal 40pc Corner Clamp set is a quality product and offers great value for the money. I'm looking forward to using them on my next project.

Precision corner squares plus clamps are more accurate than swing-jaw, though take longer to setup

[Color: Red, Size: 8pcs]
Jiuzhoudeal Corner Clamp for Woodworking, 8PCS 90 Degree Right Angle Clamps, Aluminum Alloy, 4PCS 5.5" & 4PCS 3.14" Positioning Squares with Storage Box, for Cabinets, Frames, DrawersThere are two different philosophies of corner clamping. After using both styles, many woodworkers end up keeping both because they solve different problems. They are:1. Positioning squares (this Jiuzhoudeal set)The Jiuzhoudeal kit isn't just a "clamp" in the traditional sense. It is first a precision 90° reference square. You then hold it in place with its provided clamps. Its strengths are:Extremely accurate 90° alignment.Keeps long cabinet sides from twisting. Can be used inside or outside the corner.Excellent for drawers, cabinets, bookcases, shelves, and boxes.Doesn't care if the two boards are different thicknesses.Four corners can be held simultaneously.Weaknesses:Slightly slower to set up. Think of it as a machinist's square that stays attached while the glue dries.2. The second philosophy is the Swing-jaw corner clamp (Ex: WETOLS ASIN: B0C7GX2JRG ) This is the style you probably will remember.Advantages:One handwheel locks both boards.Very quick.Great "third hand."Excellent for holding a corner while driving screws or pocket screws.Works well for picture frames, small boxes, and repairs.Disadvantages:Can pull the joint slightly if you tighten too much.Less accurate on large cabinet assemblies.Long panels can still rack because only a small area is controlled. If you are an experienced Woodworker and make:CabinetsStorage boxesCamp and Outdoor furnitureGeneral furnitureI'd buy and reach for the positioning squares (these) first. They are more useful on larger work, and they encourage precision assembly habits. If I could own both then I'd have:Positioning squares for glue-ups and cabinet work. One or two swing-jaw clamps for holding parts while drilling, screwing, or assembling. That combination covers almost every woodworking task. One final thought: Jiuzhoudeal-style squares would add more new capability to your shop than a traditional swing corner clamp. So I'd buy the positioning square kit first, and add swing-jaw clamps later.Beautifully made. Precise. Heavy and thick. Comes in plastic carry case with fitted foam insert. This is a precision-made tool - reminiscent of Pec and even Starrett.5 starsPrecision corner squares plus clamps are more accurate than swing-jaw, though take longer to setup

Will definitly give you a 90° angle,Will definitly give you a 90° angle,

[Color: Red, Size: 8pcs, Color: Red, Size: 8pcs]
Jiuzhoudeal Corner Clamps, where do I start. They are well manufactured with one really odd feature. If you want to set something at 90°, this is a great jig. If you want to put these on the inside of your joint, this is a good start. They will not work on the outside with the included clamping system. The rods cross and interfere. This would be OK if the threaded rods were shorter. Other types of clams need used. The materials used to manufacture them looks and feels to be first class. The case holding all the “pieces parts” is a benefit to the corner clamps and was well thought out. Two sizes of four clamps each is a nice feature. The odd feature mentioned above is why is one leg in metric measurements while the other leg is in inches? It should have been metric on one face and flip it over for English. In reality, I cannot see a reason for the scaling, so they get a pass on this.I was not sure what they had in mind for using the clamp (no instructions), so I consulted the Amazon site to see how they used it. HA HA. The initial picture is a photoshop of the device on a piece wood and the clamp system is not installed properly. The piece that goes between the wheel nut and the wood frame is on top of the frame, not next to it. It has no function in the picture and is impossible to even go there as it is larger than that. Major screw-up. Digging further down, there are step by step instruction on how to use.The inside corner is cut out, allowing for glue that is squeezed out of the joint ( a 45° joint) to be easily removed if the clamp were to be installed on the outside of the frame. But these clamps needs to go on the inside of the joint. That corner of the clamp is sharp and glue is going to ooze around the clamp, gluing the clamp to the wood. A simple miter on the outside corner of the clamp would alleviate this.Overall, the system has its place, just not what I hoped it would be. I work with plastic (acrylic sheet), cut and glued into shapes. The acrylic glue I use is like water, definitely will be an issue.

A set of two large and two small, anodized aluminum corner clamps with case.A set of two large an...

[Color: Red, Size: 8pcs, Color: Red, Size: 8pcs]
This set of precisely machined, anodized aluminum corner clamps with measurement markings in both inches in millimeters comes in its own foam padded plastic case. The case was enclosed in a box for protection and shipped in a paper Amazon bag. There are two large and two small aluminum corner pieces. There are 8 j-bolts, 8 aluminum clamp backs, 8 nuts encased in easy-to-handle plastic knobs and 8 washers. The hook end of the j-bolt is placed through one of the holes in the corner piece. The clamp back is slid down the long end of the j-hook, and the nuts screw down the threaded end to apply clamping force. This tool is made for wood working.I like that it comes with a case that has a cutout spot for each part of the set. This will keep everything in one spot between uses. I like the filled etched lettering that stands out making the measurement scale readable. I think the corner pieces are well made.It would be nice if there were different lengths of j-bolts. Shorter to fit better in tight spots. Another nicety would be some way to hold the clamp backing piece in place when setting the clamp. It swings loosely on the j-bolt and needs to be held in place when screwing the nuts down the threaded end.I had a minor problem with my set. One of the 8 screw down nuts was seated in the plastic knob at a slight angle. This made it hard to turn and tighten, as some of the plastic was rubbing the screw. The other 7 nuts spun freely so you can spin them quickly to set the clamp. This one I had to laboriously screw down the entire threaded length of the j-bolt. I was able to fix it. I clamped it tight around my metal vice. I think that seated the nut better. It is still off a bit but now spins freely.I am not a fine carpenter, or cabinet maker. I do little projects to improve or fix things and enjoy learning on the way. I will use this tool set occasionally when I have a need to clamp a corner to drill, screw or glue boards butted together at a 90-degree angle. I will likely use it 3 to 5 times a year. While I can think of some nice little improvements, overall, it is nice set. It is complete, functional and contained. It meets my needs.
