Comes in a good sized roll and works well for roof repair and sealing. The aluminum is flexible enough to bend around edges and corners, and it holds up in the weather. Did the waterproofing job I needed it for. Great for a DIY roof job.

This roll of aluminum flashing is 12” by 50 feet. The material is bright and shiny with a very smooth finish and it won’t rust. The material cuts easy with tin shears and it’s easy to shape and bend. The thick aluminum holds its shape better than most flimsy flashings.

I picked up this aluminum flashing to patch a few holes on my furnace return, and it worked out well for that kind of job. The metal is thin enough to bend and shape without fighting it, but still strong enough to hold in place once secured. The roll gives plenty of length to work with, and it cuts clean with regular snips. It seals up tight when paired with tape or mastic, and it lays flat without curling back. It’s a good material for quick fixes, small repairs, or any project where you need something lightweight and easy to form.

This flashing is similar to what you found at my local big box stores. For prices, this is about $10-$15 less than its equivalent the store.Quality seems on par with the flashing I mentioned earlier. I did not face any issues with scoring and cutting or bending. This is on the thinner side as mentioned in the description, so be aware if you are looking for a heavier gauge aluminum.Overall I am pleased as this worked as needed and cost less than in the store.

I purchased this aluminum roofing flashing for the roof my husband is installing on our new shed. He says it’s good quality, will work well for the project, and he’s likely to purchase more. That’s definitely a plus coming from an experienced engineer! The roll measures 12 inches wide by 50 feet long, giving him plenty of material to work with. The aluminum is easy to cut, bend, and shape with common hand tools, which makes it convenient for a variety of roofing and construction projects. My husband always wears protective, resistant gloves when working with metal, but if you don’t have a pair, cut-resistant work gloves are included to help protect your hands while handling the sharp edges.I also like that this flashing is designed to withstand outdoor conditions, including moisture, UV exposure, and temperature changes, while providing corrosion resistance. It can be used for roofing repairs, drip edges, gutters, siding, windows, doors, garages, sheds, RVs, and HVAC applications. This is a high-quality, versatile flashing material that would work well for both DIY projects and professional construction work. Hubby is happy with it, and when he says he’ll likely purchase more, that’s a strong recommendation from me!
