The 360° swivel prevents kinking completely. I dragged this through doorways and around cabinets during a kitchen reno — zero kinks, zero suction loss. The retractable hose stretches smoothly and retracts back compactly. ABS material is tough but flexible. Way better than my old stiff hose that kinked constantly.

This retractable hose transformed my garage cleanup. Extends to 20ft to reach every corner, then retracts for compact storage. Lightweight and flexible — way easier than my stiff OEM hose. Adapters fit my Craftsman 2-1/2" vac perfectly. Air relief valve is a nice touch. Great product, fast shipping, would buy again.

Hose Works GREAT as I can reach all of my garage floor without moving the vacuum. Seems to have more suction than the old "Shop-Vac" convoluted hose from 20 years ago, and I no longer get "shocked" vacuuming up sawdust.Most of the supplied fittings were worthless for my application and I had to custom make a hose end to fit all my old attachments. Sacrificed an old extension and epoxied 4-5" of it into one of the supplied fittings, to make a hose end/coupler that would fit all of the old Shop-Vac attachments I have.None of their supplied fittings would work with my: vertical belt sander, routers, 5" oscillating palm sander.

This dust collection hose kit works great. It uses a clever push-button design that makes it easy to quickly swap among devices. Most of the time, I can even do it 1-handed. Also, I like that this kit includes a large assortment of adapters, 1 of which even fits my Dad's DIY jig saw dust collection mod that was done 30+ years ago. The included hose is just some sort of PVC. It's much better than the stuff that comes with a shop-vac, but it does tend to hold its shape. Also, because it's just 1.5 inches, it's relying more on air velocity than air volume. This comes into play when using a tool that doesn't naturally have good dust collection, like the router table. Nevertheless, at under $45 for all the attachments plus 20 feet of hose, this is an excellent deal.
