This is a single fixture pendant light light with a unique “bow tie” shade. It has a solid down rod which comes in multiple segments make the finished length customizable. It’s an easy install if you are replacing an existing ceiling light fixture or as part of new construction or major remodel. If a ceiling box doesn’t exist in the spot you want to hang this light, then you may want to look for a swag light with a chain that carries the power cord to the fixture.About this light. The bow tie shade and socket hang straight down at the end of a solid metal rod. The roc is finished in gold tones as is the ceiling cover plate and the metal accents of the shade. The length of the rod can be customized to your setting and also will accommodate an angled ceiling. The assembled fixture is very light, so no concerns about the rod handling the weight. A gold tones cover plate caps the ceiling box, completing a finished look. It accepts standard E26 bulbs (not included but very common).Follow the included instructions, particularly about safely turning off the power to the existing light. Once the existing light is removed, this unit bolts up to the empty ceiling box and is wired as described in the instructions. The wire is fed through the down rod. Trim the wire if you need it shorter. Cap the box with the included cover plate, install your bulb and reenergize the circuit.If you don’t feel confident doing this install yourself, hire a professional. It should take them less than an hour (way less).

This classy look looks awesome anywhere you put them. And the color and style works extremely well with many different styles from fancier, casual home, shabby sheik, or French country. The rattan gives a sweet slight texture look and the trim grabs your eye, not too much and not to little and that's why I think it's so versatile. You're able to match bolder colors or a beautiful monochromatic look which is one of my very favorites. The appearance works well in any space. The brightness is a plus. Installation is extremely quick and easy. It is very reasonably priced and I highly recommend this product.
