I recently picked up this 6-pack of 12V low-voltage LED step lights for my outdoor staircase, and overall, I’m really impressed with the build quality and performance—with just one small caveat! What I Loved:* Build Quality: The fixtures feel sturdy, weather-resistant, and well-made.* Easy Installation: Wiring them into my existing 12V AC/DC low-voltage landscape transformer was straightforward and hassle-free.* Coverage: The pack of six was the perfect quantity to light up the whole walkway evenly. The One Catch (And My DIY Fix):Fair Warning: These lights put out a lot of light! If you are looking for a soft, subtle glow for your steps, these might actually be way too bright straight out of the box. They easily illuminated the steps—and a good portion of the yard!To make them fit my cozy, low-key patio vibe, I ended up painting a custom stencil mask over part of each lens. It blocked out just enough excess glare and dialed the intensity down to a perfect ambient accent light. The Verdict:If you want bright, highly visible step lights for safety and clear visibility, these are a 5-star choice. If you prefer a dimmer, more relaxed mood light, be prepared to grab a dimmable transformer or get a little creative like I did! Would definitely recommend them overall.

These worked great for parking area railings. Nice color lighting and plenty of output without putting out your night vision. Face downward for best results

It's nice that you can drill a hole in whatever you are mounting this to, feed the wire through, and the the left edge of the light conceala the hole in the wood and the wire. Works well. The wire is coated/protected and comes off the back on the left side of the light.
