Great temporary screen for the Price!!Great temporary screen for the Price!!

[Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W, Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W]
Worked perfectly, purchased a tiny home that we are completely redoing, and unfortunately, some of the windows did not come with screens on them with so many other more important things that I’m needing to buy to make everything livable buying new custom window screens for every window was just not in the budget right now, but being in the summer months we need to have a good breeze in here so decided to try these and it was perfect for this 36 inch window still had room to spare. It keeps all the bugs out and still gives us a good breeze super easy to install. Just opened it up and closed the window on it and it fit perfectly. It looks pretty nice too, very easy to install. Highly recommend!

Works well in any window.Works well in any window.

We have an older farmhouse that some of our windows do not have screens. We have a few of these sliding window screens but they are mostly wooden. This one is such a breeze to slide to the fit of your window. It looks better than our old wooden ones too. It’s easy to slide back and forth…no issues at all. You simple open your window, put this in, expand to the width you need and gently close the window down against it to hold it in place. We’ve purchased these at hardware stores and the price is pretty average of what we’ve paid in the past. So I feel that this one is a good value especially because it looks nice and slides easily.

Great window screens

[Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W]
These are nicely built expandable screens . We have built in window screens, but with cats I like to protect them. This fits exactly like the other well built one I got last year . These are not those cheap plastic ones that feel like they could break easily . When you touch this , you know there is quality right in your hands .These have a nice appearance , they have what I call insulation fuzzy strips , like what I have on my storm door . Very easy to use , open window pull this to the size you need , pull window down . Good value for this .

Great screen, maybe over pricedGreat screen, maybe over priced

[Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W, Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W]
This expandable windows screen is great and really does the trick. It is must faster, quick easy to put in the window after we take out the window AC unit. That time of year when you may need to take it out, put it in a few days because the temperature fluctuates. This is a good alternative than putting the full screen in every time. It stays well with tension, no adhesion needed. It fits my window perfect (multiple sizes, be sure to measure). Easy install, just place in the window, shut window and expand it. It is versatile because it can also be used to clean landscaping rocks, protect seeds or filter paint. At $30, I feel it is a little expensive for what it is. Not a great value for the money but the product itself is good quality.

Length can be Adjusted, Not the HeightLength can be Adjusted, Not the Height

[Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W, Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W]
Make sure that you measure and have a window that the height will fit exactly as there is no way to adjust the height. If this window screen will work for you it's extremely easy to slide to fit the length of your window and it's made sturdier than my original window screen. Fiberglass screen to keep 🐛 bugs out and aluminum lightweight frame that's strong. I used this in my travel trailer. I chose a larger size than my window and I framed it inside as an extra screen on top of the original window screen. Happy with the looks and simplicity of installation - slide open and install. 😊.

Quick fix for cat clawsand bugs!Quick fix for cat clawsand bugs!

[Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W, Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W]
My cats, like most, like to sit in the window. Sometimes they get excited and I'll stick a paw up and grab onto the screen when they're chittering at a squirrel or a bird outside. This has caused my screens to develop small holes that little bugs get in.I just replaced all of the damaged screens and I want to protect them when the cats sit on the window sills. When I open the windows, I slide this expandable screen in, and it offers an extra layer of protection for the standard window screen that I just replaced. Also, this screen is heavier duty than the type I use on my windows. It seems to be standing up to excited cats that are just holding. I don't know if it would stand up to them climbing up it, but they've outgrown that unfortunate kitten behavior.I'll be buying more because I have a friend who lives in an apartment and she's not allowed to do anything to the windows that don't have screens. This way she will be able to open everything up without letting all the bugs in.

An asset to have on hand just in case one of your screens gets messed up or comes up missingAn as...

[Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W, Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W]
Though my sample is a bit sticky (does not run smoothly side to side) I still find that this is a valuable asset. It is there when you need it.When we bought the house some of the screens had been so badly hit by the sun that they were deteriorating and easy to tear. I went through, replaced the screen and spline material while leaving the frames. Yet some of those just would not go into the windows or would not stay. They are perfectly done... just did not work. Which could be the reason they weren't actually in the windows when we arrived. There were several that were resting in the closets of the rooms that their corresponding window was in. I gave up trying. However, I would like to be able to open those window. In comes this adjustable screen replacement. You open the bottom sash and pop this in there adjusting the sides so that they fit into the side sash runners and close the window so that it presses on the top and bottom of the screen. It works very well. This screen can go into any of the three windows that need them. The screen is efficient at keeping bugs out of the house. The frame is durable and well built. The plastic corners are thick and durable as well. As is the weather stripping. The only thing I have been having trouble with is that the screen itself is difficult to open and close... getting stuck at certain points. The screen is exactly as described in size. It will accomodate a wide range of window sizes.

Fresh Air Finally

[Color: White, Size: 15" H x 21"-40" W]
This ended up being one of those simple things that makes a room a lot more usable. I put it in the bonus room where we never had screens before, and now we can finally crack the window for some fresh air without inviting every summer bug in Georgia to come tour the place like they have an appointment with a realtor. Setup was easy enough, and the adjustable width made it simple to get a snug fit without having to fool with cutting or making something work that clearly did not want to. Once in place, it sat securely and did what it was supposed to do. The frame feels light but decent, and the screen itself looked fine without any obvious weak spots when I was getting it set in. What I liked most is that it gave me a quick fix for a room that had been missing something basic for a long time. It is not one of those flashy house items, but it changes how often you actually want to open the window. My one gripe is that with adjustable screens like this, you still want to take a second to make sure it is seated evenly so you do not leave a little gap for bugs to sneak through like tiny insurance salesmen. Still, compared with similar temporary screen options, this one feels practical, easy to fit, and well worth having if you want fresh air without the usual flying nonsense that comes with it.
