[Set name: Mini Rotary Tool]
OK first the good stuff. It has some power to it and the variable speed is very handy. It comes with a whole assortment of attachments. That being said, it really needs to have a case. The only thing that you get is a plastic box with the attachments piled in. Honestly, for me, that is a deal breaker. I wouldn't recommend this. It gets three stars only because it works as it's supposed to.

I truly like this mini rotary tool. This is the most quiet rotary tool I have ever used. Almost silent, there is no screaming or whining motor, though the tool has excellent torque for 1/8" shaft bits, cutters, and polishers. One thing to note is that the tool is corded, and runs directly from a variable speed control, 3-24 volts. The power supply has a 3' AC cord and a 3' DC cord, neither are removable. A single knob on the power supply controls on/off as well as the speed. I feel the power supply is of lighter weight. There are no controls at all on the rotary tool itself. It ships with a very good steel 3-jaw chuck, and the necessary wrench. There is no lock button for the arbor, and the wrench is necessary. The tool feels very good in the hand. The brush finish metal body is round. The tapered working end sits comfortable in the hand in a pencil grip or a hammer grip, and the barrel is not the least slippery. The kit ships with a wide variety of bits, polishers, and drums. This is a good starter set of bits with a set of small high speed steel bits, and several carbide grinder tips. Sander drums are included to fit the small sized rubber center., cutoff wheels with spindles, and a circular saw blade are in the set.Overall this rotary tool is a surprisingly nice tool. The fit and finish of it are very excellent, and the power is very good for a tool of this size. I am glad to have it, and would order again if ever necessary. I believe it is a good value.

This little rotary tool has been a really nice addition to my tool collection. I already have larger rotary tools, but I like having something this small and lightweight for the more detailed jobs where a full-size tool feels like overkill. It feels comfortable in the hand and the motor runs smooth without sounding rough or cheap. One of my favorite features is the variable speed control. Instead of being stuck with just a couple preset speeds, you can dial it anywhere from very slow up to around 18,000 RPM depending on what you're working on. That makes it useful for everything from light polishing and sanding to engraving, drilling and cutting. The 3-jaw chuck is also nice because changing accessories is quick and you're not constantly messing around with different little collets. It comes with a surprisingly large assortment of accessories too. There are sanding drums, polishing pieces, grinding stones, cutting discs, drill bits and several other attachments, so you can actually start using it for quite a few different projects right out of the box. I also like that everything is small enough to keep together without taking up much room. This is a corded tool, which I actually don't mind for something like this. I don't have to worry about a little internal battery eventually wearing out or the tool dying halfway through a project. For small detail work, repairs, crafts and random projects around the garage, this is exactly the kind of tool that's nice to have sitting around.

The good:The tool itself has an aluminum body which is durable and feels good in the hand. The size and shape allow for a good grip. Comes with a detailed instruction booklet. A wide assortment of consumables, bits, and accessories are provided as well. The idea of the 3 jaw chuck offers adjustability in the tooling options. The Bad: It does not come in any kind of case. Only a cardboard box with a paper thin plastic compartment liner. It does come with wrenches to support the base of the chuck while tightening in your bit but on my unit the flats for the wrench are on the chuck collar rather than the shaft preventing a solid tight fit to the bit. Maybe mine is just too tight or made incorrectly but it is a bit of an issue. The FYI:This is a corded tool, it is not cordless. The speed adjustment is located in a control box in the middle of power cord. Not the best location but it does operate accurately and smoothly.Overall:For the price and for light duty work this tool will get it done. I am not disappointed but not overly impressed either. The lack of case and my issue with the chuck I fell are a hindrance but all in all for sub $30 its a deall considering the accessories would cost that alone at the box stores.

I own a couple of rotary tools, but this is the smallest and that compact size makes this tool particularly versatile. I needed something that would let me quickly sand the edges of lattice on our deck for refinishing. The power washer damaged the thin wood when cleaning with enough power to dislodge the lichens that had taken up residence on the wood. This tool makes it possible to gently remove the lichens without damaging the wood. The speed control is fantastic, allowing me to dial in exactly the speed that works for any particular application. That allows for much better control when doing detail work, which is exactly what this tool is made for! Considering the high quality of construction and power in the motor, this is a good value for the money. You will probably need to replace the accessories with ones that are more durable as they wear out, but the tool itself if top notch. The size is perfect, making it easy to hold and control without being heavy or unwieldy.

I bought this Mini Rotary Tool Kit for fine-detail DIY projects, and it has proven to be an exceptional tool for precision crafting. The high-quality copper core motor delivers smooth, consistent power without overheating, making it easy to engrave, sand, drill, and polish materials like wood, glass, and soft metals. Having regulated variable speed control (0–18,000 RPM) allows you to dial in the exact torque and rotational speed needed for delicate glass etching or aggressive sanding tasks. The included 68 accessories cover virtually any basic task right out of the box, saving you from buying separate bit sets. Its pen-like, ergonomic design fits comfortably in the hand for extended periods, reducing wrist fatigue on intricate work. If you are looking for an affordable, lightweight, and versatile micro-drill for fine hobby work and DIY crafts, this kit offers outstanding performance and value.

Very good quality drill

This drill press is very well made of aluminum and should last for years. It feels like a quality tool when you put it together and raise and lower the drill. All the press parts fit well and work smoothly. The drill is held tightly and as long as the screws are tightened, it make precision holes. It comes with many accessories for cutting, sanding are drilling. Any bits for other rotary tools should work as well.Too bad the press cannot be rotated 90 degrees, then you could make clean cuts with the saw blades like a miter saw. Not a big deal since it is a drill press. The reason I only gave it four stars instead of five is that for the price, I would have expected a little better quality accessories. For example, the HSS drill bits are very dull. When I tried to drill into a piece of wood for a project, the bit could barely make it through the wood without smoking and charring the wood. I replaced the drill bit with a quality drill bit and it cut through fine. I think that it should come with better bits for the price.I wouldn't let that prevent you from getting the press however. It is very well made a new bits are cheap in comparison.
